Does doing an attic increases property taxes? Do you do NYC or Long Island, NY as well?

@@aaa5442 it does increase your property taxes depends on sq ft. You can go to your township and they can give an exact increase even before you decide to move forward

So what would an estimate for just materials be on the lowest of ends? Including a staircase. I have a space of about 800 sq ft or less in the attic currently unfinished and no subfloor just joists, rafters, and insulation. Love the work you all do.

5000-8000 depending on where you grab material. Flooring can cost more than structure material.

The Process take 3 to 4 month with permit inspections from your local township . The best time is Spring , Summer, or Fall … not winter … too much cold and snow ❄️
