What kind of meals do u suggest? I'm 47 and was thinking of getting some kind of green morning shake. I'm a truck driver so some time healthy meals are tough to come by.
AG1 is not organic. It’s imperative that when choosing a greens supplement to choose organic. If not, you’re likely ingesting pesticide, fungicide, herbicide residues. AG1 tests but they are testing to meet safe limits set by regulatory agencies. These regulatory agencies don’t take into account ingesting multiple pesticides, fungicides, etc at once. Hard pass to anything NOT organic.
