J Hope is joining the Korean Military Soon it's Mandatory for Koreans, so this was his goodbye Git for Fans. He used to dance to J Cole's Songs when he was still a Street Dancer, and after a listen to Friday Night Lights, he started writing songs and making his own Beats. He even named his first Mix Tape Hope-World after Cole-World. That's also the reason he gave Jermaine so many bars in his Song, he did out of respect and as a note to his early days. Hobi mentioned him in a lot of Songs. J Hope recently put out a Solo Album called Jack in the Box, highly recommend it, it's a Hip Hop Album great Beats. So having a Song with his Idol before joining the Military, is really special.

J-Hope is straight-up a genius ! One of BTS' main songwriters, composers, producers, and rappers as well as being the main dancer, dance leader, and co-choreographer! Cole has always been his muse and he's been so open about giving his idol homage every time and anywhere! J-hope started off as a street hip-hop dancer dancing to Cole and hip-hop growing up and then his career as BTS rapper/songwriter got inspired by Cole a lot ! Freestyling in the underground to Cole's verse while he is on the top of the roof !! And then meeting up on the top is legit a reference !! Furthermore, He composed the melody, whistle, and most of the beat working with his producer Pdogg. (Jay always makes his songs from 0-100 by himself). Honestly so glad about this legendary collab! Cole got a whole 30+ bar proper verse (Yall see how Jhope respects him?) and he ate it. Literally! Pleased that Cole is my boy Jhope's role model. He is such a wise person tbh! If you're interested please give it a shot and listen to J-Hope's Arson and MORE. He is insanely versatile, smart, and talented. And a true HipHop head. ('More' is boom-bap old school combined with Rock! interesting af)
@@coztubofficial2668 If you're asking about when he mentioned Cole, I have to say it's quite a lot! BTS has a song called "Born singer" It's inspired by Cole's "Born Sinner". He is such a big inspiration for the rapline of BTS. They also have a song called "HipHop phile" released in 2014 you can find the translation on TH-cam here, he mentioned Cole and Cole world, it's a beautiful song! J-Hope's first Mixtape is called Hope world (released in 2018)! I mean look how he idolizes Cole !! J-Hope headlined Lollapalooza 2022, and in its rolling stone interview they asked him about the best stage, and he straight up ranted about Cole's ! Lollapalooza is also the first time they met each other! The beginning of this collab! And the interaction is super wholesome (It was released on J-Hope's documentary "J-hope in the box" in disney+ but you can find the moment on TH-cam too if you look it up) There are also a lot of other random interviews where he mentioned Cole, I guess Armys will make a compilation finally! Hope it helped you :) And thank you for reading, it was pretty lengthy.

jhope made the song himself and said he had jcole in mind the entire time he was working on the song!! it's kind of full circle for hobi (hope's nickname) too-- this song and video is a temporary farewell in which he goes back to his own roots. he started as a street dancer and his love for hiphop grew through his role models, the biggest one being jcole. now hobi is at the top of the world and working with his idol. i love that jcole met him and worked with him too. so freaking cool.
J Hope composed the melody and produced with one of BTS's main producers. And yes J Hope is also a producer and writer himself and self produces tons of songs..he started out as a street dancer listening to and dancing to J Cole, which is why he's dancing all through J Cole's verse....just like when he was starting out 💜
J-hope is the most versatile and adventurous when it comes to his rapping. His flows and cadence are amazing! He is a swag rapper. He is also a great vocalist that it is so smooth for him to switch! He could do it all! Hiphop flows through his veins. Underground street dancer! He rides the beat and has rhythm. He is also a soloist so please check out his album Jack In the Box! This song is a gift for his fans as he is about to enlist. The whole mv is about his background in dancing and as the biggest fan of JCole he gave the floor to him and let him do his thing on the roof while jhope dance underground like he used to. J-Hope is one of the 3 rappers of BTS and he started off street dancing and dance freestyling to hip-hop/rap music. BTS did a cover of "Born Sinner" way back about 10 years ago called "Born Singer". You should definitely check it out! The band started out with hip hop roots and their music is really versatile and diverse. They always paid homage and respect to the hip hop greats through references in their music like in "Hip Hop Phile" (really old BTS song). J. Cole is J-Hope's idol.
This is the POWER of music. Bringing two artists from different cultures and reactors that may not be familiar with neither artists together. I am here for it! Tfs

Jhope was a street dancer before he joined BTS. He learned to rap with RM and Suga (the other rappers in BTS who underground rappers before BTS were) and his own persistence and developed his own style. In Hip Pop Phile by BTS during Jhope's verse he said, "Hope hope world, before I built my own world, there was Cole world | When he lit up Friday night, |I became more inspired to write my own music". I am so glad that he was able to collab with one of his role models or someone that has inspired him. This is song is so beautiful. This is his gift to ARMY (fan base) before he has to leave for mandatory military service. Many people think the song kind of felt more like a JCole song, which I understand, but Jhope said before this was announced that he was "going back to the streets". So, I think that was the point. He is dancing more because that is what he did in the streets before BTS while listening to people like JCole. At least that is my interpretation. I interpret the little boy two different ways. 1. being ARMY 2. himself in the past
Cole world bro🔥 As a Korean American, this video means something to me. The last scene in this mv was the moment when my original culture meets my favorite culture. Even it I’m from South Korea, I’m not a fan of BTS but J Cole has been always my favorite artist for a long time. Ive never even imagined they would collaborate and now, as I watch this video, I’m proud of Korean culture growing this fast!
Imagine being able to write a song for your idol and then he raps on it. Just amazing. I'll say it if you can't, I was in high school in the 80's. I have favorite rappers from each era, but some transcend. JCole is my poet.🧡 Same reason I love BTS lyrical poets. Thanks for your reaction. I kept waiting for you to get to the Golden Corral 🤣🤣🤣 EPIC!!! 😘💜🫰🏻
Hi, Army here. Could you please explain that Golden coral line to me? I don´t get it entirely. Is he implying that he could go head to head with anybody from the top 10 like choosing from a buffet? someting like that? I am new to J Cole and I am going to be checking out more of his music.
I am a BTS Army and I am so impressed by J.Cole's lyrics. Often western collaborators jump on the opportunity to collab with BTS to get global exposure but their lyrics are so shallow and don't fit at all (Please note that this last sentence has nothing to do with JCole, we are talking about other people in the past whose contributions were incredibly disappointing.) J.Cole put in a lot of thought and effort, which is why I wanted to express my sincere appreciation and note how impressed I am by his talent. I edited this message in the hopes of making it more clear to some folks who commented below without taking the time to read it carefully.
That's a j-hope thing actually: everyone who collabs with just loves and respects him so much that they put their everything into work. Just remember Becky - same thing)
There is a story behind the video it’s basically showing where J-Hope started which was dancing to where he is in his career working with someone who means so much to him. It also paid it tribute to J. Cole’s older song in the beginning 💜
One of the songs of the year so far, mad combination, was reading a bit about it J-Hope been a cole fan for a long time by what the BTS community were saying, and he's of to military service so is like a goodbye track for a bit.
What I love about this mv is we start off with Hobi (jhope) down on the streets. To me that symbolizes his beginning and being inspired by Jcole and being a street dancer. As he walks the streets and dances in the subways he is making his way through life and becoming successful. At the end he reaches a level of success that has allowed him to reach the top where he is idol J Cole is. His career began with J Cole and street dancing. Now as he prepares for mandatory enlist in the south korean military for 18 months he has to take a break from music. So I think this being his last song til 2025 is so perfect. It embodied his past, future and present. Also his name and his first mixtape Hope World were also inspired by J Cole. BTS also have song called BORN SINGER that is sampled after BORN SINNER It's very emotional and I think you would like it. A lot of ppl may not know this but Bts started as a HH group so their early music is heavy on the HH. If you want to know more about their HH inspirations they have a song called HIP HOP PHILE
BTS is a whole other vibe. You will experience so much just watching the choreo. But they are way more than that. Its a new experience with each song because they are so versatile . Just listen to all their different styles J Hope and his song more shows hiw multitalented they are. Suga and his Daechwita song is so much more than u see in other videos just how amazingly skillful they are at their art. Give your ears a treat and enjoy.
@Coztub official bro if you were to listen to any of his music you would know he can spit 🤦🏻♀️ you guys are just judging him based on this Song it's embarrassing and you probably won't even listen to his actual music because you have a preconceived image of him and bts 🤦🏻♀️so just leave ! I haven't really listened to BTS, like NoLifeShaq... J hopes ability to pick a perfect verse and a beat for Cole is amazing. The flow and everything is perfect for Cole. I see why BTS is so popular.
he is a really big fan, he danced to j Cole back when he was a street dancer before BTS. back in 2014 he had a verse in a BTS song called hip hop phile where he shouts out JCOLE and Friday night lights. This meant a lot to him! Jcole seems like a great dude on top of being a legend. Glad you enjoyed the song! (oh btw "j" is for j-hope's surname which is "Jung" first name Hoseok, the "h" in hope. :) )
I think you really got it. You showed so much appreciation and respect for J-Hope. And I also think you understood the vehicle of this song you know it's not just for army, but it also was to show a lot of respect for j Cole. When you use the word humble and how J-Hope says to walk in love, do everything you do with love, and do the things you love, you got it, you get it. This is a really good reaction.
If you want to get a taste of BTS beginnings where they talk about their hip hop idols you definitely wanna check out Hip Hop Lover, in 2013 they also unofficialy released their adaptation of J. Cole's Born Sinner, rewritten by the rap line and named Born Singer (Rm, Suga, J-hope) in 2022 they got the rights to release the song in their anthology album Proof, the 2022 live performance for this one goes hard . J-Hope really been in his bag recently, Lollapalooza, his album, doing a song with the very man who got him into rapping, like I’m so proud of him as a fan. But you haven’t even scratched the surface with him yet. This was EXTREMELY tame for him but I get it, it was more about showing his love and respect for Cole rather than spitting like usual. Look forward to seeing you dive into his stuff!💜🔥
they both performed at Lolapalooza were jhope headline the festival, thank you for being an open-minded listening to other artist even in different languages, please listen to his songs called "ARSON" & "MORE" "We know J-Hope is already an established artist but the way they portray the MV and build he verses, it's almost like a hungry youngling asking for his one shot and a tired king aware he can't sit on the throne forever. J-Hope is still on the street level/subway talking about what he's doing and what he needs to accomplish, while Cole stays solid on the top of the building, all alone and thinking about the path he's already taken. Then at the end, they meet, but as a fan giving his idol the flowers he deserves, not a rapper trying to steal the crown for himself." Everything about it shows passion and craft. It's beautiful watching two worlds collide, and the one thing connecting them is hip-hop."
Really respect what you said at the beginning about wanting to have a natural reaction to any BTS content. Even if you never feel the need to listen or react to more BTS, I'm glad you have a good impression with this one. I just know this collab means a lot to both artists, and fans too. In their song called Hip Pop Phile/Lover he says, "Hope hope world before I built my own world, there was Cole world | When he lit up Friday night, | I became more inspired to write my own music". BTS also sample J. Cole's Born sinner and the song calls Born Singer, they made that song in 2014 I think but it was last year that BTS added that song to his latest album 'Proof' because it's a really special song for them and well, I guess they got permission from Cole. As for this song. This is J-Hope saying goodbye for now to ARMY, BTS and his family while he gets ready and leaves to service his time in mandatory military service. So this is his last gift to us before he leaves, so it is special for ARMY and of course It's SO special for Jhope. We ARMYs feel so proud of Hobi because he really got to collab with one of his greatest role models.
Just as a reference from a BTS army. BTS members are one by one leaving to fulfil their military duty in S.Korea. This song works as both a goodbye from JHope (he’s leaving Seoul) and an encouragement for armies to carry on with their lives “by themselves” . It’s a precious song, JCole put the cherry on top w his verse
My husband passed away in March 2020. He was a great companion, friend, kind, healthy and very patient with me. That's how it happened, on the sidewalk of a distant street, while he was working on a demolition site, here in Brazil. That was the most pain I've ever felt. My husband wasn't sick, we didn't fight... none of that, it was all an unfortunate and tragic accident. I was alone at home for a long time. At the end of 2021 I met the BTS group, I fell in love with the passion and talent of the 7, especially the one with HOPE in the name. Was it a sign? I hope so! God continues to take care of me. So I started moving again. Yes, I keep trying, with faith and courage every day. It was on the street that I found my great love, where our eyes met for the first time, but it was on the street that I lost him too. Yet every day I get up, walk, move, non-stop. He is still alive inside me and wherever I go he is with me. So I keep moving. I'm moving forward for him, for me, for us. One day we will meet again, until that day I will continue walking and carrying my Fred in my heart with lots of love and HOPE.
I'm sorry for your loss. My husband of 30 years also died (heart attack) Jan 1 2022. It's very hard and painful, but BTS has helped me through it. I hope they're continuing to help you too. Stay strong, fighting! borahae 💜

A lot of people are missing a big thing that they both did here a lot of us Cole fans have kids now various ages and one thing is a big majority of young girl got into BTS this clash of 2 different worlds United in a song bring parents and their children to like a song and sing along to it. Both their messages in their songs are universal and from my pov me and my daughter sat down excited for this to come out listened and bonded over a song. 4YEO is my favorite album of all time and to sit here with my child with what I know the messages that BTS send out I have so much respect and love for this song to sit down and listen to an artist I never dreamed of listening to and her as well.
That’s so great. I’ve been hearing similar stories from families and friends that are fans of each artist and it seems like this song is bringing them together. I will also say that BTS fans really cut across the generations. They are a special group and have a pretty deep and varied discography.
im 43 filo bts army, ezmil fan and got to know Jcole thru BTS (Born SInger), everything is good except when u mentioned young girls, its men and women are fans of BTS from 4-80 yrs old across all races and countries...BTS arent shallow, they have deeper lyrics than most of western artists and even can use words in 7different meanings plus BTS was originally a hiphop group and have pure hip hop albums early on, 2 came from underground rap, 2 came from underground hiphop dancers/street dancers...i dunno y people stereotype bts as for young girls only, BTS isnt ur typical western boybands. the reason BTS became the biggest band in d world is mainly adult fans have jobs to support their music aside from BTS being amazing producers, songwriters and super hardworking and perfectionists...

what makes bts different from a lot of kpop groups are that they don’t fk around about their music as soloists. a lot of these kpop artists just do music bcs of the fame and release shit bcs their company hands it to them. bts’ start was music, and it’s so clear seeing them on their own do their thing. for the rappers of the group specifically their start was music/dance more so hip hop and it’s so clear when you see collabs like these, the real goats of the game as their idols and ppl they look up to.
As someone who watches your reaction video and a bts army, it was nice to see you praise j-hope. If you are interested, you could check out his solo album ‘Jack in The Box' Fun fact: In the BTS song called ‘Hip Hop Phile’ you can see him giving a shoutout to cole world in his verse. The group also made a cover of ‘Born Singer' in their recent anthology album
The thing I love the most about this collab is I can now watch all the rap/hip-hop reactors + all the kpop reactors I watch talk about the same thing lol
After watching Jhope being utterly disrespected by a lot of reactors that don't know him or know that this video is his "See You Later" to Army and all of his supporters, before his enlistment to the military. That he literally gave his idol "Cole World" his shine in this video out of his love and respect. You are that breath of fresh air I needed to exhale and let go of much disappointment and to be honest anger. But since JHope doesn't do anger from being treated in this way, because he's use to it and knows his worth and place in this industry, I must rise above the unknowing criticism. I love your reactions and have been watching you since discovering you through watching "King Blitz" ... You are the real deal!! 🤝🏽 If you didn't care for Jhope or other people don't feel him... at least let it be for something reasonable and open-mindedness. Don't stand on his neck to hype up Cole, because he don't need it!! J Cole is already solidified! PERIOD!! Thank you again!!🖤💛 (I see that Steelers sign on the wall!!)
@@knightvisuals3991you’re in the comments just trying to argue.. its certainly a softer song melody wise, and if its just not your thing thats fine. Doesnt make the song bad, just means you dont like it. As long as you aren’t disrespecting it then its fine.
Thank you for listening to J-hope. He is an amazing rapper and artist, you should definitely check out his other works. He started out a street dancer and used to freestyle to lot of hip-hop songs, including J.Cole's. From dancing to J.Cole's songs to finally dancing to his verse on his own song, he really came full circle with his younger self. That scene of him dancing in the subway and J.Cole verse playing at the same time is so perfect in that sense :) Jhope is Enlisting soon in the military as per the Korean laws, it's mandatory. So, this is his last gift to his fans before going. He'll be back in 2 years :(

Cole World is deep and spiritual. Kudos to Hope for getting to collaborate with one of his favorite. At Lollapalooza when Hope met Cole, he was excited and said Hope world meet Cole World.
Thank you for showing love to J-Hope. This song was a gift to his fans before he has to go away to the military (it’s mandatory in Korea). J-Hope and BTS are huge fans of J. Cole and have always said he’s been one of their influences. They even did a cover to Born Sinner called Born Singer, which you should definitely check out! :)
This song is a “until next time” for J-Hope because military time is mandatory for all males in South Korea and J-Cole is showing respect as J-Hope looks up to him.

Many people think the song kind of felt more like a JCole song, which I understand, but Jhope said before this was announced that he was "going back to the streets". So, I think that was the point.
That's right. And that's why this collab hits harder ! Honestly one of the best songs of this year for sure.

Just listen to all their different styles J Hope and his song more shows hiw multitalented they are. Suga and his Daechwita song is so much more than u see in other videos just how amazingly skillful they are at their art. Give your ears a treat and enjoy.
They knew exactly what they were doing with this one. Making that "good vibes" masterpiece!
This is the day Shaq found out Hope can spit.
What's good ? I'm a 15 year old rapper 🎶 , you think Shaq would fw my music 🤷🏾♂️🔥???
A happy day for No Life Gang who are also BTS stans ♾
bro said like 4 lines about run move tf you say he can spit😭
@Coztub official bro if you were to listen to any of his music you would know he can spit 🤦🏻♀️ you guys are just judging him based on this Song it's embarrassing and you probably won't even listen to his actual music because you have a preconceived image of him and bts 🤦🏻♀️so just leave ! Spread love ❤️
@@moonchildren630 yeah fr. For me Jhope is so proud JCole got 32 bars i think. Its his idol. And the fact that J Cole accepted to feature in a Korean? Man, thats respect. Top tier rapper in the US, not even Jay Park, G Dragon, and Epik High got to collab with him bro. This is Jhope's dream. Dont belittle every ones dream man, it cant hurt you.
Cole rapping about God was honestly incredible
Fr💯
Then there is this 6ft rappers talking bout killing and popping percs and shit
is he religious or Christian? genuinely curious

This is kind of cool. Two Mega Stars from each side of the world collaborating with each other. J-hope is probably a huge J Cole fan (probably obvious because J "Hope").
This is a really good reaction.
thank you for your genuine reaction and thanks for being respectful for bts and our j-hope!!! 💜
Also thank you for waiting for the natural calling to get to BTS, u a real one💜
Outside of the US it is common knowledge that Kendrick & Cole are the most influential
@@dylanmurphy9389 what does that statement have to do with this comment?
Yes definitely need to check out Born Singer!!!
@@dylanmurphy9389 who asked
@@NatalieMarie917 literally talks about j Cole being j hopes influence. You lot are dense
Look forward to seeing you dive into his stuff!💜🔥
they both performed at Lolapalooza were jhope headline the festival,
thank you for being an open-minded listening to other artist even in different languages, please listen to his songs called "ARSON" & "MORE"
"We know J-Hope is already an established artist but the way they portray the MV and build he verses, it's almost like a hungry youngling asking for his one shot and a tired king aware he can't sit on the throne forever. J-Hope is still on the street level/subway talking about what he's doing and what he needs to accomplish, while Cole stays solid on the top of the building, all alone and thinking about the path he's already taken. Then at the end, they meet, but as a fan giving his idol the flowers he deserves, not a rapper trying to steal the crown for himself."
Everything about it shows passion and craft.
Thanks for filming this!!
Wow thank you for actually being open minded and analyzing Jhope’s verse most people don’t give it a chance bc of the language ‼️
Hey thank you for listening!! Jhope has been a huge fan since before he joined BTS 10 years ago. He was a street dancer before BTS & often danced to j coles music! Most of his inspirations for rapping comes from j Cole!! He’s a big fan!!🫶
Where does it say that Hobi was supposed to be a singer though?
He started as a dancer but later started practicing to be a rapper with yoongi and joon he never supposed to be a singer
@@nvma660Apparently he was trained to be a vocalist but then switched to the rap line shortly after training. So now he does sing every now and then if you have noticed. Hes somewhat a sub-vocalist and a rapper for the group as well as the lead dancer. 👍🏻
@Seth Adams how was he trained as a singer if he was in a group full of rappers ready to be a hip-hop group?? Jin literally was the first vocalist that joined their trainy group and jh is the main dancer together with jm not lead
@@sethadams3464 BTS were originally supposed to be a hip hop group and he joined very early on with the intention of rapping. he had already done singing classes though, as well. what you're saying is actually misinformation that was spread by a video and other people online. he never switched with anyone. just FYI!
This was a great reaction. BTS were founded in Hip Hop. They have three rappers who were inspired by JCole, NAS, Drake, Kendrick Lemarr, Eminem etc.
I think you should check out their 2013 'Born Singer' which is a version of 'Born Sinner.'
Don't forget they newer live version they did recently.
we came here for j cole the goat 💓
This a boss collab for J Cole, it will expose him to a world of new fans overseas. GOATED
J. Cole talking about God, J. Hope talking about BTS fans who call themselves ARMY. J. Cole wants to be someone that God is proud of (Born Sinner), J. Hope wants to become someone his fans are proud of. ARMY idolizes J. Hope, J. Hope idolizes J. Cole, J. Cole idolizes God. All praise to the Lord, most high. Beautiful.
J Hope is joining the Korean Military Soon, it's Mandatory for Koreans, so this was his goodbye Git for Fans. He used to dance to J Cole's Songs when he was still a Street Dancer, and after a listen to Friday Night Lights, he started writing songs and making his own Beats. He even named his first Mix Tape Hope-World after Cole-World. That's also the reason he gave Jermaine so many bars in his Song, he did out of respect. Recommend Checking out his Album Jack in the Box, it's a Hip Hop Album with lots of 90s Style Beats and crazy lyrics. Songs that i recommend, Arson, More, Stop, What if (he sampled ODB on that one), Airplane and Daydream
Nobody can pull off a collab like this like Cole, every bar is pure fire. Right now Cole is top 2 with Kendrick, and easily bot of them are top 5-10 of all time
Only people that want to pretend to be smart listen to j Cole lol
@@dirty_danxx what a moronic comment
Absolutely the truth! Theyre on another planet compared to anyone else out there.
The absolute truth ! Cole's verse and his pen game is fire and this collab is incredible ! Cole and Kendrick both are my top2 as well. And interesting that They both are J-Hope's role models! Hope we get a J-Hope X kenderick too one day.
We'll keep streaming don't worry.
Gracias por esta reacción, amamos a JHope y a J Cole que fue siempre la inspiración de nuestro amado JHope!!!!💜💜💜
Been listening to this song nonstop all weekend and your reaction hyped it up for me again. Thanks for reacting.
I'm with you on J. Cole being a top 10 rapper all time. I relate to his music more than K-Dot, Drake, and all of the other top rappers right now and the dude has endless talent. Glad BTS was able to get him on a feature
Bro straight up flabbergasted when he predicted that top 10 line. God's work!
LOVE THIS SONG 🔥
J hope was really inspired by many artists but it's true that J.Cole is his muse.
Stay strong, fighting! borahae 💜
@@pslinky I'm sorry for your loss too and thank you for your support. We will remain strong. 💜💜
@@YanneAsousa they say BTS finds you when you need them most. It was true for me when I discovered them 4 ½ years ago (found them about 6 months before my mom, sister & her husband, and an auntie died in a 4 month period) & it sounds like they found you when you really need them too. Your husband's spirit , BTS, & ARMY are all with you. We will be alright! 💜

It's J Hope's Beat, he wrote and composed it and his Producer Pdogg made the mix.
The writing credits for this song are lyrics by J-Hope, J. Cole, and Pdogg. The beat was primarily produced by Pdogg. Pdogg is an award winning producer from South Korea who has been working with BTS since day one.
I love this
@@e.l.1342 yep a huge part of ARMY are not teenagers. In fact it's a bit top heavy with us older members.
im 43 filo bts army, ezmil fan and got to know Jcole thru BTS (Born SInger), everything is good except when u mentioned young girls, its men and women are fans of BTS from 4-80 yrs old across all races and countries...BTS arent shallow, they have deeper lyrics than most of western artists and even can use words in 7different meanings plus BTS was originally a hiphop group and have pure hip hop albums early on, 2 came from underground rap, 2 came from underground hiphop dancers/street dancers...i dunno y people stereotype bts as for young girls only, BTS isnt ur typical western boybands. the reason BTS became the biggest band in d world is mainly adult fans have jobs to support their music aside from BTS being amazing producers, songwriters and super hardworking and perfectionists...
this dude j hope actually pretty good ngl, and i dont even have to understand what he saying, it's the flow and the vibe
JHope just did a collab of his childhood dreams…it just warms my heart that he got to make a song with his idol. ARMY (BTS fans) will miss him immensely. He’s our hope and this collab is his parting gift to us. He’ll be off to serve in Korean military for a year and a half…ugh…I’ll be crying on that day.

@@brrytm89 you one of those idiots that think you’re smart for listening to gay Cole?
jhope is one of the 3 rappers in bts and they all produce and write for themselves and a bunch of other artists aswell theyre like some of the youngest credited writers in south korea, its rlly rare for artists to write/produce for themselves in korea cs they are talented for that, so its rlly cool that they have the artist freedom to do so and theyre good at it too
theyre some huge hiphop heads aswell been into the rap game before they were even in highschool been rapping and writing and producing music for yearssssss
j hope started as a street dancer in a crew and was a huge fan of j cole before he signed with BTS. After he started rapping, he paid a lot of homage to J Cole and he was even the inspiration behind his stage name and the name of his first mixtape.
what makes bts different from a lot of kpop groups are that they don’t fk around about their music as soloists. a lot of these kpop artists just do music bcs of the fame and release shit bcs their company hands it to them. bts’ start was music, and it’s so clear seeing them on their own do their thing.
for the rappers of the group specifically their start was music/dance more so hip hop and it’s so clear when you see collabs like these, the real goats of the game as their idols and ppl they look up to.
As someone who watches your reaction video and a bts army, it was nice to see you praise j-hope. If you are interested, you could check out his solo album ‘Jack in The Box'
Fun fact: In the BTS song called ‘Hip Hop Phile’ you can see him giving a shoutout to cole world in his verse. The group also made a cover of ‘Born Singer' in their recent anthology album
Damm first hearing about J Cole and j hope, a really well done music video with the chorus and the rapping from j Cole was exquisite 😂👌
recently got into BTS 5 days ago, shit is crazy man, shoulda gave this song another try cause straight fire, ARMY COLE WORLD
Let’s gooo!! As a BTS ARMY and a J.Cole fan I screamed when I found out about this collab!!
If you didn't care for Jhope or other people don't feel him... at least let it be for something reasonable and open-mindedness. Don't stand on his neck to hype up Cole, because he don't need it!! J Cole is already solidified! PERIOD!! Thank you again!!🖤💛 (I see that Steelers sign on the wall!!)
Doesn't change the fact that this song is weak 😂

Thank you for listening to J-hope. He is an amazing rapper and artist, you should definitely check out his other works.
He started out a street dancer and used to freestyle to lot of hip-hop songs, including J.Cole's. From dancing to J.Cole's songs to finally dancing to his verse on his own song, he really came full circle with his younger self. That scene of him dancing in the subway and J.Cole verse playing at the same time is so perfect in that sense :)
Jhope is Enlisting soon in the military as per the Korean laws, it's mandatory. So, this is his last gift to his fans before going. He'll be back in 2 years :(
Oh okay I was confused on why a millionaire superstar would go into the military, but I understand more now. Thanks.
