Your massive toe in is because of the roll centre correction kit, I’d either lengthen the track rod ends on either side or take the extra 0.5 degree of camber out until you can get it aligned properly
The hamsmeister’s back!The toe in, I did similar the other day, even after comparing the rods I ended up both toeing outwards by miles. Not only did it look weird it tried to drive left and right at the same time lol 😂

Had the same issue with the drive shaft bolts, even bought practically the same Dewalt impact from Screwfix, but didn't help. Had to put the wheel back on, drop the car and then use my jack under the breaker bar. Thought the bars head was going to explode, but eventually the bolt came off, it just screamed as it did.
Nice build for sure!! I think you have those rear calipers and carriers on the wrong sides though. IIRC the nub and fatter side of the caliper point down not up 🤷♂️
Correct me if I’m wrong but the TT-RS arms are actually better than any aftermarket arms (whiteline, superpro and etc). They provide a wider track in the front and camber with the slider plate.
Great video again. Keep up the VAG content and I’m sure you’ll be massive. Since the T6.1 came out I’d love to know if an RS motor or R motor would work in a conversion? Maybe something for you to ponder 😉👍

Quick tip. That Nyloc on the front top mount is just to protect it in transit. You should use the original flange nut. Loving the build BTW. 👍

A tip for you loosen the rear shocks off and do them up when it’s at ride hight or the shock bushes won’t last 5 minutes 😉
