Thanks for showing me how to do this. My local garage quoted £150 to do it. It cost me about a tenner. I didnt have the special tools but a small flat screwdriver worked. Also I struggled fitting the old staples so I glued the flaps, holding them with clothes pegs until the glue dried. But a great job and Im chuffed that I was able to do it myself. Thanks.

Apologies if it's to long but my intention was to do it step by step so there was no confusion...
As for the sound, this was done using my mobile phone, in a yard at the rear of my work, unfortunately, completely ameture, not intended to be recording studio standard...
