While cleaning the carb after removing the main jet you should clean the automizer too which you didn't.air setting screw or pilot jet screw there is no need to count the round u have to set the air mixing your self after starting the bike . When you took of the pilot screw there is a small o ring in side carb wich you didn't took of .it's most important part in the carb never drop it.

yes It was Kerosene ...but you can use petrol also.
