Here is a quick Do it yourself video on how to clean carburetor on a Yamaha RX100, RX135 and RXZ. The Process is pretty much same on the RX100 and RX135. On the RX 100 you won't have to remove the choke cable as it has a choke knob. On the RXZ, you don't have to remove the side cover to open the carburetor as the air filter hose pipe is visible and accessible.
I have a RXG....the problem is....when I accelerate with air filter box on...the engine race falls with full throttle..probably low delivery of air. Without the air filter box...the race is good enough... My carburetor is Japanese one...and is cleaned in all way ...and the AF screw is also tuned to best of my knowledge... Can you suggest me any idea....? I don't want to get rid of the stock carburetor.

You will have to clean the air filter very often as dust goes inside the carburetor due to that air filter. Its not made for dusty environment like our cities. If you want better or louder sound I'll suggest you to stick to stock airfilter and make a good muffler. I also made a video on my muffler.

hassan bhai, i found a yamaha rx 135 1996 model 4 speed for sale, but its blue book is showing RXZ 135, should I buy that motorcycle ? I think it has been modified to look like a Rx 135, what do you think ? Does Rx 135 comes written as RXZ in RC papers ?
Aditya Roy check the engine and frame numbers. If they look fishy to you don't go for it. If they look fine then maybe it was an rxz which was later modified to rx135. Else maybe the rto guys messed up the name at the time of registration. This could be the reason too. No, 135 is mentioned as rx135 on the rc.

+Aditya Roy both rxz and rx135 have same engines. Both are same. Rxz has different frame and rx135 has a different frame. Rxz looks better in my opinion. It has a sporty look. Look for the seat. If the frame is different than rx135 it is an rxz

+shayne dsouza yes i will include that in the future video in which I will replace the carb parts with carburetor rebuild kit. I did not include all that in this because not everyone has T spanners and other tools to remove pilot jets etc. I tried to keep this as simple as possible with only 2 tools.
Removing and installing the carburetor makes the jet and float improper. It's not really necessary to remove all the parts of the carburetor and fix it by doing it damages the carburetor.Its been more than 3 years that I haven't opened a single nut on the carburetor it's fine and my RX 100 starts on a single kick every morning....!!!!
Bro can u also put a video on how to fix a faulty speedometer in RX100??!! It would be of a great use since no video is there in the internet regarding this.........
I forgot to tell you the video on things that you hate on your jawa you should have hatedThe steering lock in the vehicle is absent and it gives low mileage
nithin shashank i personally think the mileage is good considering the fact that this is a 250cc motorcycle and it gives around 25-35 kmpl. Also the handle lock is manageable but yes i could have included it in the video :) thank you for reminding me :)

Listen if you use mobil with petrol then its is nessary to clean if the bike is not in running co dition as it would get totaly jammed
