    Satin Fabric: www.papermart.com/satin-fabric...
    Kraft Jewelry Box: www.papermart.com/natural-kraf...
    Ivory Tassels: www.papermart.com/corded-tasse...
    Double sided tape
    Directions:
    1. Apply double sided tape to the inside of the box right at the top edge.
    2. Cut satin fabric 1/2" larger than box on all 4 sides.
    3. Place satin right side up inside the box, remove the lining from the tape on one side and fold under the fabric and press to the tape so no raw edges show. Do to adjacent sides.
    4. Place fluff in box and adhere the fabric to the remaining sides.
    5. Place your jewelry in the box, put on the lif and tie on a tassel!

Love that look! Especially with the gold/taupe satin. I have some bracelets that would showcase beautifully on that. Thanks, Lindsay!!

This was great. I had never thought about being able to add the satin to a box myself like that (I tried hot glue one and that was bad news!) I will definitely be trying this and it also made me think that making little satin bags in a matching colour if mailing things out would be a neat added touch as well!
I hope you are having a great day Lindsay!

How pretty. I don't do jewelry, but this is a great idea to remember for gift giving. PaperMart has awesome prices. That's where I get my packaging supplies. Thanks for the video.

Slipping (not gluing, just putting into place) a sheet of either flower paper or lace paper or similar (cut to the exact size) in the inside of the lid is worth it too - if you need extra protection, use a few layers as a pad or glue a sheet of fun foam into the lid first, glue in one sheet on top of that then put the next one in loose - the loose paper seems to work better than the sheet next to the jewellery being glued in - it stops the jewellery scratching the card or vice versa and when out on table on show like at end of video, you can draw attention by using highly contrasting paper colours - I only used Kraft or white though - just be sure it is acid and grease free if any carbonates (like malachite) or pearls or silver present. I used to sell men's jewellery made of things like river pearls and they get easily damaged if they slide around on the satin and rub against the cardboard of the lid in transit, so a pad of paper in this way was what I worked out to add protection.

Great video. Thanks! Can you please do a video on how to reupholster a wooden box with foam and velvet and cut ring slots? I have used a method of using those foam hair rollers and covering them in fabric and to display rings but find it dissatisfactory and cannot for the life of me figure out how to do a ring display tray with slots.

If you are tying a bow, the first thing to do is loop the rope twice and then make the bow part. It will not slip while you are tying the bow.
