what a lovely tutorial. Love, Love the flower, so shabby and I love your accent! I also love the fact that you kept the video moving along quickly. Great job and will enjoy making these lovely flowers. Will be putting them on my grand daughters headbands. Thanks a ton! :)
These are fabulous,, I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and cannot can anymore so I had several packages of cheesecloth and now I know they will not go to waste. Thank you so much for sharing these are so delicious!! Love your videos. Hugs Cora
What a cool flower! I adore the shabby chic-ness of it! I wanna try it also with some sheer fabric layered with tulle or netting. I think that might be pretty! I don't have a die cut machine, so creating a flower with "handmade" shapes is a great thing! Thanks so much for sharing this tutorial Tricia! Hugsies!
I love these cheesecloth flowers! Then again I have really enjoyed watching as many of your tutorials as I can find. Please keep making them. Your ideas are brilliant.
Awesome tutorial Tricia! Thank you so much for sharing this! Because of severe arthritis in my hands I'm not able to make the usual handmade paper flowers, etc. but I'm definitely going to try this as I'm pretty sure I can do it! The flower is absolutely gorgeous and I love the cheesecloth shabby chix look. You are such an inspiration. Warm hugs, Maggie
Tricia, once again you have made a gorgeous flower. I will definitely be trying this one. I just bought cheese cloth a couple of weeks ago and wasn't sure what I was going to do with it. Now I know. Thanks so much for a great tutorial. Joyce
These flowers are just the sweetest. They're one of my favorite flowers to make thanks to you and your wonderful tutorials. Hope you have a spectacular day my friend. Hugs, Laurie
I didn't have cheesecloth so I tried it with a loosely woven burlap ribbon and it came out awesome. Wish I could put a picture in the comments so you could see it but I really love your tutorials and am having fun trying them with different fabrics to see what they end up looking like. And using up a bunch of scraps in the process!
I just luv this flower. The airiness of the cheesecloth along with the frayed edges gives a feathery look/feel. Just BEAUTIFUL, it would work with similar weight fabric so the possabilities are huge.I could also colour wash the fabric with a very pale antique rose, also play around 2 get some leaves out of same fabric.Yup definately 1 to put on my 2do list.Thanku soo much for vid & inspiration.:) I wish u n ur family a v merry xmas & a happy, healthy & prosperous new year. hugs Suexx
