Hwy 29 has always fascinated me. It goes through some of the wealthiest parts of the state, and some of the poorest, within a few hours. Throughout its length, however, it is beautiful! ❤
Thanks for the 2-part video of Napa Valley. Good thing you did this before the peak tourist season. & I also don't drink wine- or alcoholic beverages of any kind. In the future, I would love to se you continue the drive on CA-29. The ride up the hills looks interested.
What a beautiful, quaint area! I like that it’s so green and has a smattering of palm trees here and there in the midst of mostly “regular” trees (and vineyards). Just north of where I live, along the I-90 corridor in Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio, there is a booming wine industry, especially in New York. With that said, however, none of it can hold a candle to the Napa Valley wines!
Great video. I've only been to Yountville once (been living in California for 51 years now) and that was way back in '86. Still a beautiful region of the state. As far north as I've been in the state. I mostly hang around the Central Valley and SoCal.

Very true! Didn't think of it until you mentioned it but yes sadly Lake County is very poor.

I definitely wanna do the windy section of CA-29 around Mt. St. Helena up towards Clear Lake. It looks like a great drive!
Thanks!

Looks like a bumpy ride lol
I always get a kick when the road work signs read "Your Tax Dollars At Work."
I would love to do that drive. I live to drive roads like that.
It’s a great relaxing drive just north of the Bay Area. I was lucky to film it on easter Sunday when it wasn’t very busy.
Your preaching to the chorus, can not stand wine, nor beer,But I like a tiny cordial glass of Amaretto with a single cube of ice for special occasions.
This TH-cam man seriously! ..
6:57 Calistoga should be at the top of the sign rather than St Helena that we just got out of.
Why is the video shaky? Was there any earthquakes and any aftershocks?
Probably the road surface was bumpy so it reflected that in the video.
