What they said about having memories of playing co-op with a sibling is so true. I used to play all the Halo games with my dad and siblings and that remains one of the most positive collection of memories that I have from my childhood. I love Halo for that

Super easy-going run with tons of incredible tricks. That banshee strat on Two Betrayals is absolutely nuts. Perfect way to spend a Sunday night.
7:50 the banshees might not have spawned but I can still hear them in my head... Played that level countless times

Damn, I never knew how much RNG was in Halo; I always figured each difficulty level had fixed spawns tied to it.
The Xbox 360 Halo servers recently shut down. This speedrun recorded just days before the end of an era timed in at 1:17. Master Chief's callsign is S117. It was meant to be.
Shit, now I really want to play Halo.

Watching one of these ages ago I remember the runners joking about how they would ask the glitch hunters if they got any new two betrayals tech cuz it was such a hard level.
That was an amazing run.

So I'm assuming the reason you can see the entire map when out of bounds with new graphics is because the new graphics have to be loaded in, in it's entirety to be able to switch back and forth between old and new graphics. I'm not a game developer but that's what sounds logical to me.
