2nd album title track. Single released in Sep 2022. If you watch the music video, you see Mayu with loose fitting clothes, she was pregnant at that time. They say they're going forward with just 4. I agree that they need a 5th, if they don't add one, hope they at least add a touring member for live shows.
Awesome reaction as usual. It will be hard to preform live without a second guitar, unless they use backing tracks. Hazuki has more than enough talent to preform the guitar duties on her own, these ladies are all super talented. Wishing the best for Nemophila to continue with their rise, also wishing the best for Saki, who has always said she wanted to do her solo stuff. She originally was going to act as a consultant to Nemophila, only joining because she felt the other members would take her more seriously.
Saki, who has now left the band, wrote the lyrics. On Young Guitar they say they will go forward as a 4 piece band and announced an rather intense tour schedule in Japan.
Great reaction you two. Yes there are still more you have not heard. But you have heard a lot lol. The band is going on with 4. Not sure if they plug in a 5 guitarist for lives. We will see. I'm sure the new material would sound great with just 4. Older songs like his not sure how they will do. They can pull it off knowing them. But it still be missing that sound. But seeing Hazuki shred on this one just shows they will be fine in the lead guitar position. Also you mention that Nemophila light? Yes its a light with their emblem. I got one of those a while back. think they sold out now. You will see a number of the fans in Japan waving them during the concert.
Looks like Nemophila will give a 4 piece a go for now. I'd love to see Hal-Ca make an appearance with them. Or maybe Mayu sing some songs with Asterism. One can wish, right 😁. And good luck to Saki 🥰
Initially at least, they are going ahead as a four-piece. In fact, they've just announced a bunch of tour dates. Eventually, I think I'd like to see them take on another guitarist, at least for live shows. SAKI also is wasting no time in getting shows and collaborations lined up. She's playing a couple of events with Hana from Gacharic Spin.
They are going forward with 4 members, but if...repeat if they decide go for a 5 member i think the most near candidate is Lisa-X (a prodigy of 19 y.o.), who play with Hazuki in the other band that she have (KOIAI) and she is a schredder (she played with Kiko Loureiro in the NAM when she had 14 years old). She is for me the one. Regards from Chile¡
Hey Carlos!!! Ohhhh....what a great suggestion on Lisa-X. Wonder if she's in the running, or she'd want to stay doing her own thing? Can't wait to see how this unfolds!!
@@musikbyjh Yeah man, can´t wait either, it was a very sad 31 of march when Saki leave, Nemo has been growing a lot and need time, but if Hazuki can handled i think can work, although KOIAI has a very solid formation that included the bassist of East of Eden and Marty Friedman band, Wakazaemon (Waka Bass), we will see, there will be a IG live by Nemo this 18-4. hopefully with some english talk.
@@musikbyjh Lisa X would be great. She could do it no doubt about that. Saki did have that demeanor though. She has all those metal rock guitarist moves haha. Hazuki actually started doing more of that too lately. But not sure Lisa X would like the style or not. But then again she might. She did attend their Budokan show actually. The girl is a shredder and both her and Hazuki played with Saki before Nemophila even formed and of course play in KOIAI together. Be interesting . Seems like the band gonna go with 4 for now see how it goes. If they do I think they will go with someone else. But we will see.
A priori, the most logical replacement for that second guitar (as a support guitarist) would be Yashiro. She already did that work in Marys Blood and is in Tamu's environment and a regular in Naon yaon. I don't see Lisa in a Metal/Hard Rock group 🧐
I think that if they were to get another guitarist, even if semi-permanently, it would depend on two things: that the player is into the style of music and if the band can bring more of their musical ideas to the table instead of their composing team and/or producer, Kensuke Akiyama. Pretty standard setup in Japan, but I think Saki wanted more input. Lisa is a top player, but I don't think Nemo is her style. Maybe Sakura Yoshida, maybe Hanako (Octaviagrace, ex-Destrose). I think more likely someone who's not really known at the moment.
I took the time to listen to Japanese Metal Saturday’s songs. I can say that these gals are fierce! I do hear musical notes until the big growl…it gives me a bit of anxiety. My husband likes this kind of music, but we’re working on getting him heart healthy right now. He’s sleeping a lot and is up for tests very soon. I try to keep the volume down or wear my beats. I know that this is the music you really like and it shows. I have to say that I’m happy that you also listen to music that I prefer too. It just makes the journey sweeter. You’re my favorite reactors! 🎶 Cyd
Oh Cyd, I'm sorry we are seeing this out of sequence with other comments. We think of you and your hubby and really send all our healing vibes and lots of love!!!
Humbling to think Jeremy, that most of these Japanese drummers could probably out-drum you before they reach their teens. No disrespect meant, but Japan seems to have so much talent. Thank you for supporting Nemophila.
Yeah, the official word for now is that they're continuing as a four piece. But I heartily agree that they should find another guitarist. I'm a little surprised Hazuki hasn't recruited her partner from her other band, KOIAI...Lisa-X. She may have, but I would wonder if Lisa-X would want to go that heavy. She's more along the lines of Paul Gilbert. In any case, there's no doubt there's a stable full of female shredders in Japan chomping at the bit to join a kick ass metal band. Lovebites found Fami and hasn't looked back.
the same as you, I believe that there will be another guitarist in the line-up. if rumors are true that Saki is aming towards Gacharic Spin, then I wouldn't mind Tomo Zo getting the spot, I love Tomo Zo better, she has more of a delicate touch. Great bands tend to suffer and go through turmoils but they come back stronger than ever. Lovbites had to suffer the departure of their founding member Rosana Miho; Hanabie had to change 2 drummers before Chika; Gacharic Spin changed singer so we have Angie now and a new addition, Yuri, on drums. The Universe has no voids guys, and doesn't leave empty spaces. Nemophila is the greatest metal band walking the Earth now, and that gives me the personal conviction that they will add up another member soon enough. Awesome reaction)))
@@ChrisPage68 opinions are like the ass-holes, everyone has got one))) that's, my opinion))) musical proficiency - we're not going even to discuss that, that would be silly)) Mayu's vocal range - the best there is, maybe only Tati from Jinjer can do the same! Technicality and sophistication of playing - maybe Lovbites, these women, oh my; but they rarely experiment with their style. Check "Ama-te-ras" - a perfect example of musical brilliance; 5 songs into one!!! How many bands can do that and make it work??? I'd suggest you look for the answer in the Japanese metal scene, the US and Europe can't do it)))
@@musikbyjh No, thank you for being there. Every time I see Nemophila, I can't help tearing up - of awe, joy, and excitement, and I love seeing you guys experiencing the same emotional fulfillment!!
Why would you even *think* of destroying Lovebites? The bands are close friends. Midori could sub if Lovebites weren't on tour, but I don't want to sacrifice one magnificent band for a very good one.
They are doin’ Instagram-live April 18th..Maybe we see some music first time as a four member band or is there some surprise with that 🤔 Follow their social media sites..
Que buena reacción me encantó! Saludos a los dos! Nemophila es una linda banda, ahora sin Saki! A cometido el error más grande de su vida ! Que le pasó!

I hope they get another one that helps them. There are so many good ones in Japan.
Hazuki has been playing with Lisa-X in a new band they created. A blue ray is being released of one of their concerts.

Great start to the song~

Oh yeah. I fantasize about that same thing 🤩
Ooooh, I hadn't thought about Mayu guesting with Asterism. That would be worth seeing!
Oh, React to "Brightness" a Saki solo instrumental MV prior to Nemophila. The challenge, who is Saki's favorite band. There's a big hint in the MV.
