Love these girls. This was written by Mayu. Their fun switch up with Mayu on drums, Haraguchi on guitar, Tamu on bass and Hazuki on lead vocal is worth a look, of course for fun.

Hey you guys good to see you back listening to some Nemophila. Kick ass song and they have another one coming out Sept 11 they announced. Which is a sure sign another album their fourth is coming later this year or early next year I bet. Also the band has been touring in Japan and doing great though Mayu has been sidelined for a bit with a type of Laryngitis the docs gave her some meds and told her to shut it down for a couple weeks so they might push back a few of their shows. she said she is resting and will come back stronger. Im sure she will but she needs to rest and take care of that voice. They are not missing a beat with Saki departure. On a few their older songs in place of Saki solos Haraguchi-san is doing bass solos and Mayu had been playing guitar on a few songs too as rhythm. She is getting good. But I also saw footage from a festival they did back in may. The first one with just the four of them and they were killer. they played 3 songs and on Dissension and Revive Hazuki played both parts on the solos and slayed it!!! She is one hell of a guitar player and just as great as Saki. The ladies are powering forward. they are so damn good. that is why I never had a doubt they would be just fine.
The Homie Kawliga is back!!!! YES, felt so good to get back to Nemophila - and we LOVED that heavy second half of the song. Thanks for the update, buddy. Such a bummer on Mayu, but no doubt she'll be back out very soon. You have the BEST info!!!
@@musikbyjh Your welcome!! Yes it is a very good song. Yes that second verse with that breakdown part is awesome. I understand some dont care for the melodic chorus as much. Music is all opinion for sure. But Nemophila does that a lot. softer more light chorus in a lot of their songs which I enjoy. On this one it almost sounds kinda like a church choir a bit. Fits the title and the meaning of the song well IMO. Plus as much as I love Mayu Growls I don't want her doing it through the whole song. Well I do lol but don't want her to hurt that voice. Her growls have become deeper too I have noticed. But yes good to see you guys reacting to Nemophila. Get ready they have another one coming out in a couple more weeks too. They drop some snippets of them recording it on social media last week. If I read it right Hazuki and Mayu composed the next one which is called "Progress" with their new producer. Cant wait to hear it.

The first song of the new Nemophila Evolution and its an absolute banger. They have some new songs coming and Hazuki had also written a song when this banger was released.
AND they have another release coming 11 Sep. Sounds like Hazuki doing some shredding in that one. Mayu is given credit for writing this one, but it does sound like some Hazuki-style riffing as well. Could be their style going forward when it comes to the heavier stuff.
Haraguchi had the distortion turned up, and I won't say it was muddy, but there was a distinct lack of clarity to her bass line, and it was a low foundation to the song+ but didn't stand out. at least that's what I heard. Interesting choice.
The more I listen to this song, the more I think that the structure should have been less predictable, with 1/2 first chorus to inensify the "wohowow" part and an additionnal second part to the breakdown (maybe a down-tuned one).
They will have no issues at all. Saki is killing it in the projects she is doing and Nemophilla will keep slaying like they always do

Personally I think the chorus intensifies the drops and visa-verse. It is a harmonious balance, but everyone has different tastes in music. ❤️🌸
