As during condenser back flushing CW water is used to back flush the condenser tubes so cooling capacity reduced substantially that's why minimum load ensured before doing the same.
The main reason is Boiler Drum manhole gasket which is disturb below atmospheric pressure (But it can wear high pressure) consequently leakage can occurred from gasket so to prevent the same Boiler Drum vents to be opened at 2 kg/cm2. Condenser all seals / gasket safe at low pressure no issue.
Very informative video Sir
Thank you sir
Sir pls make a video about bfp and its components like mechanical seal coolers, balancing line, scoop working .
Ok

Nice vedio
Could you please tell me Why condenser back flushing has done at minimum load?

Sir, for boiler at 2kg pr to avoid vaccum we are opening vents ,than how condenser is protected from vacuum.pls clarify
