Sir where is MS attemperator in this diagram, may pls elaborate that also thru one video and where from spray water is taken, also where is the desuperheater located( inside boiler or outside) and after divisional panel some left right confusion.

1. how many platen SH hdrs are there, in diagram you have told 2 divisional inlet and 2 outlet hdr, ok fine, but if platen inlet and outlet hdr is common then how come MS left and right tempr and spray requirements are different sometimes, especially during mill c/o. pls answer.

Why RH temp not maintaining 540. it is around 520 degree centigrade. Sir How to improve RH temp?
1. Increase coal feeding in upper elevation Mills.
2. Burner tilt can be increase.
3. Increase soot blowing in RH area.
4. Maintain proper SH temperature consequently improve RH temperature.
Hydrotest ki procedure kya hai?what is right time to do after boiler tripped due to BTL.there is some Area of boiler still hot.
SH HDR tepm less than 100 degree C
