Mermaid Museum (Berlin, MD)

Artist and photographer Alyssa Maloof opened the ‘World’s First Mermaid Museum’ in 2021. Located in Berlin, MD (also known as America's Coolest Small Town), the museum is a mystical, magical place.
Mermaid art, sculptures, oddities and artifacts from across the world are displayed inside the museum, as well as extensive historical information. In addition, visitors can select from a variety of shiny and sparkly mermaid costumes and accessories, and pose for selfies in a giant clam shell or with a mermaid tail.
