    Incredible discussion and resources. I loved the sample meal plan, makes you realize how simple healthy eating can be. Greg explained everything so clearly. I took notes during his talk and plan to do more MIND meals. 😊 What about fruits other than berries? Would the serving size be 1/2 cup as well? Thanks for an informative and delightful talk. ❤

    I would not mix fast digesting animal proteins with slow digesting carbs (grains, potatoes, and the likes) and that’s because the carbs such as beans will slow the digestion of meats in the digestive track and it will tend to spoil and may well give you headaches , however , veggies are the best substitute
    Incorporate morninga, avocados, cold water fish,
