I'm sure they're all females. They only colored them that way because it's more beautiful than plain brown. And people might not know what animal it was if it was all brown. It's a cartoon, it doesn't have to be accurate

Then after 0:15 when she raises her arms forward, her right leg is back and her left leg is forward. Why this happened behind the scenes, we might never know.

Mind blown.

Back from day one, Disney knew that ostriches needed eyeliner and big hair bows. I have no idea why. But they were right.
