thank you. it seemed like everything that could go wrong did. I considered scrapping the whole video but thought my misfortunes may help someone have an easier time plus have a good time at my expense
I have not seen any way to get it out short of pulling the engine, wedging a block in to hold it up vs completely removing the starter appears to be the only shortcut. If someone knows a better way I'm all ears cause this is a real pain to change the starter on these

Question: Could the starter be removed once you removed that lower pan?
