LMAOOO I love this

Two things really helped with re-assembling the motor/activator unit. The three bushings can be nicely held in place against the central gear using a HOSE CLAMP! Then, this set is easier to start to settle into the big plastic gear by using a C-CLAMP! Soon remove the hose clamp and continue to use the c-clamp to complete the insertion. Variously positioning the c-clamp over the new bushing "least inserted" and moving the c-clamp around makes for a process that is non-destructive of the new parts, which have to end up in a Very Tight Spot! AND be sure to align the assembly into the door the way it was, as the three bolt/hole combos were confusing and fought me until I got it right!

How long was you hose from the oil filter adapter to where you put the filter underneath the battery?

I'm doing the same bumper swap on my 64 f100, looks to be a very similar job with the same bracket spacers needed.

What make / model / year of vehicle is your 3g alternator listed for ...and what brand name is the alternator itself . I know some ppl are saying certain 130 amp 3g alternators dont bolt right in ...the alternator mounting holes are further apart than the 95 amp 3g alternators . I heard possibly the 3g 130 amp alternator for a 1993 Ford taurus with 3.8 liter will bolt right in ??

Or just get a 2nd mortgage on ur home to buy a new one.

Hey man, I'm the happy owner of a 1965 4 door Tempest. Same engine as yours, but you have a much nicer paint job. It's as close to a GTO as I will ever get, and I don't mind that's a 4 door, I'm sure that's why I got it so cheap. I'm about to replace my carburetor as well but am sticking to something more stock looking. Hopefully I can get it running as good as your car. Old Pontiacs rule!!!!

Thank you! Your video helped a lot, I wouldnt have been able to this without it! The fastener union clips snapped on both sides unfortunately but, I was able to zip tie the lights to the fasteners hahaha. They are holding good tho. Thanks again for the helpful video!

You get what you pay for. Adding material for more strength is making it more precise for your intended use. At least they put everything together in one place for you to start with. That thing works fine on smaller tires right out the box.

Can you provide a link to them. I will try them on my 99 and see if they fit without any cutting.

Thanks for sharing . You did the smart thing by leaving long enough wires on the old external voltage regulator wiring harness for any possible future projects etc . I know in the past I personally have cut the wires off right close to a harness & later regretted doing so ...as the old harness became useless for a spare part or future projects ...so NEVER again I told myself

Those 93 dated headlights were used till 2001 I have a 2001 extended cab Ram Laramie with the same headlights

Maybe you could help me out man, because I purchased these 1999-2005 PONTIAC GRAND AM LED DRL HEADLIGHT LAMPS and my mechanic says he can't fit the bulbs in the the header panel, says the lights can go in but not the bulbs with the lights. Are the LED lights more difficult to install compared to standard ones?
