People hate this doll?! This doll looks precious to me! I love her everything! I can feel you about the shoes, this is what exactly happened when you are bit more knowledgeable then others, you can't tolerate others goofiness... Relatable for me... 😁💜💜💜

I started collecting the LE Disney dolls and rapunzel was my first! She’s literally my fave out of every LE doll released and it’s a shame so many people hate her
Rapunzel is my favorite princess, and I loved Tangled! They finally got her face right! I can’t believe with all the different Rapunzel dolls they have made that all the faces have been wrong till this doll. I just love her too. And even though I think she has a pretty gown, I wish it was more like the quality and style as the first limited Ed doll. I didn’t buy the first one when it was at retail, because it didn’t look like her. But then several years later with a growing collection and no 17” Rapunzel doll , I finally gave in. I payed $900 to get the first one that I didn’t even Iike the face. I am a huge Rapunzel collector and had to have a 17” in my collection. I do have the wedding doll , but i don’t like her with the dark cutoff hair.What I love besides her adorable personality is her long beautiful golden hair! So now that they finally figured out how to do her face, any dolls should look like her. Now we just need a 17” Flynn!
Growing up and being transwoman it was a similar experience i couldn't like them... I wasn't suppose to like dolls but I did and hid it for years now that I'm a grown woman now I have so many disney dolls and love showing them off lol

Great review, she's beautiful. I'm in UK & I had no chance of getting her, sold out online in a minute (bots). We don't even get her in our Disney stores (because of Covid,) a truly stunning Rapunzel doll.
I am so thrilled with this doll. I have the first Rapunzel and every limited ed one that followed . And I was so frustrated that they couldn’t get her face right. They all just looked like generic dolls with big green eyes and long blonde hair. They always made her face oval, when Rapunzel has a very round face with a pointy chin. Also the eyes of the first dolls just didn’t capture her personality. So my wish for this doll was that she would finally look like Rapunzel. And she does very much. But I think with the use of a computer that they should be able to make her look exactly like her . I love that they gave this new doll her cute turned up nose and crooked smile. So that she shows some of her personality. I would have liked her classic dress, but this one is beautiful , and I’m very happy with it. I wanted this doll so much that I paid double and bought mine from Shanghai. And it arrived the day before the US dolls came out. But then I was lucky enough to get one. And a friend of mine who is even more crazy about Rapunzel than I am, wants to buy the one I paid double for. And this is after she already was able to get 2 dolls in the US. She wants one in the box, and 2 she can redress.I have seen a few people redness this new doll in the original dress of the first doll. And she looks amazing! It’s like who was that imposter?! I was like you when I got her. I couldn’t stop looking at her. And I don’t normally spend that much time looking at my dolls. I just adore her!

I love this doll from top to bottom, my box arrived very damaged and taped with tape that said TDS all over, I feel that shopDisney had some accident at the warehouse and damaged few dolls, I found one other person with a damaged box like mine. I don’t this was done by any of the carriers.
ahh I want her so bad and she came back at like 5 am on Monday but my parents were asleep so I couldn’t ask them abt it, the thing is my mo said it would’ve been ok if I had gotten her as a gift for getting all a’s this semester/for my bday T^T, i think if I saw her in person I would’ve loved it

I don't get it , you talk that you didn't liked back in the days Disney and girly stuff .... How old was you and how old are you now ? For me you still look very young (I would say you look like 23) .
I think they feel they can get away with it because most people won’t return the doll for a refund even if it arrives destroyed because resale (even for deboxed ones) is ALWAYS higher than retail. It’s really disappointing because these are collectors edition, LE items that many people prefer to keep in box... it would not cost much extra to just bubble wrap them A LITTLE. I personally think they should keep maybe 5% of the stock for replacements and then sell the returned, damaged ones at a discount or something at a later date... Would make everyone happier

Im glad you didn't let the negative reviews affect you buying her. I got her myself and she arrived today and pictures don't do her justice!
I think people just hate creativity. Like they really get mad that they gave rapunzel a new dress instead of her purple one.

I’m 21! When I was little (under 12) I was VERY strongly opposed to girly things but then I got into dolls around age 12.
