Girl, don't let anyone rush you and feel bad about your decision on delaying kids. A lot of people I work with start their family pretty late (late 30s, early 40s) and honestly its not as bad as people make it out to be. Great thing is that by that age, people have pretty much mentally grown to handle any situations and have done what they wanted to in life so are really ready to settle down. Just makes for a nicer family environment.
My mom also became pregnant when she was 32 (I'm the eldest, have a younger brother too) so definitely take the time that you need! It must be annoying to get that question so much!
@@Merelvanpoucke i think we all feel ready at different times in our lives, but I have definitely felt like a sudden pressure of having babies as soon as you get married which has been a bit of a shock as I never got any comments about that before hahaha but we definitely want to be on the right timing for it when it happens 🤍
@@JesuisLouim 38 and just had my one and only baby. Yes I think my 20 year old body would have taken the sleep deprivation much better but I feel mentally mature enough to be a mom which I didn't at 20. And I think that's what's most important. You do you!
Spend some time together, you have plenty of time. I got married at 30 & had my son at 32, but also fell pregnant twice in my 40's! Now that would've been hectic!! (I miscarried).
I had my first baby when I was newly 32. We now have 4 kids. We had them pretty close together, but it all worked out! It’s smart to want to enjoy your adulthood without kids because they do absolutely change every priority. ❤
More and more I feel like we are normalising having kids after 30 and it’s such an amazing feeling to know we don’t need to rush 🥹 but sometimes I do get scared about the fertility aspect. But yes I rather be in the best mental and mature state to have kids 🤍 I still feel like I have things to do and I don’t think you rush into this things
I am 56 and from Germany. My mother was 36 when I was born in 1968, my father 42. My parents were married for 9 years bevor I was born. They both were displaced people during WWII, had lost everything and now wanted to wait so long, enjoying life, vacations and their professions. Then they wanted to have only one child - a daughter. And they got me. I got pregnant with my two sons and my daughter at the age of 28, 30 and 33 and I am married for 28 years now 😉. I got pregnant about 5 month after getting to know my later husband. We just met each other at work and knew right away, that‘s it now, you are my human. Bevor getting to know him, I always thought I would never get married or have children. My parents were mesmerized, surprised and happy to get indeed three grandchildren. It is nobody’s business to ask other people if or when they will have a baby. Such a pressure. Sometimes this can hurt. It is a personal belonging. Enjoy your life as you want. 👛🦮 🩷
@@JesuisLouI guess maybe look into freezing your eggs after 35 or something? Maybe a fertility doctor would know better, but lots of women these days are having babies later with no problem ;)
Good morning, Lou, from the USA! I always look forward to your videos. Your wedding dress was exquisite! Congratulations! This Q&A video was extremely enjoyable, as well, because I am fairly new to your channel. Even though I am a "young" senior adult, I always enjoy watching your vlogs. Take care and thank you for sharing your life with us.💕🇺🇸
I've been a subscriber for a few years now and I just can't believe how beautifully you guys' relationship blossomed 😭 I'm so happy for you and hope both of you have a wonderful life ahead!
The new TH-camr question really resonated with me and I loved your answer. As a new TH-camr myself, I have very little expectations and I’ve been at it for about 5-6 months now. I also lack the network to be able to talk about luxury with a lot of people in my personal life who are genuinely interested, so ultimately that is why I created a channel as well!! Lovely video as always. Your wedding was STUNNING! ❤
I’ll check your videos out 🥹🤍 really my best advice is to be consistent, just keep posting on a schedule and do things you love. At some point it will grow 🫶🏼
I'm a newer subscriber, I didn't know how the two of you met ...so cute! I love your videos and want to visit Spain and eventually move there. All of the stores and restaurants you visit are helping me plan my trip, keep up the good work!!!
Love this video! We are headed to Barcelona in October and will stay near the water so your videos are helpful. Your wedding was amazing beautiful dress Polo so handsome. We live in the country and visit the city which is our personal choice. Everyone is different always follow your heart on everything. Having kids is also a very personal decision. We had ours in our early 30’s , no regrets.
Such a lovely chatty video ❤ Pls do more of these ❤ Also would love to know how you and Polo manage travel with managing each other’s job and tips for the same ❤ Love 🥰
I would definitely not rush having children and do all the things you want to do first. I waited until I was in my mid 30s and do not regret it one bit! I wanted to travel a lot and save money and have a certain amount saved so we could get a nicer house right after having the baby and we did all of that and more. I feel like everyone is ready in their own time and no one can tell you when that will be. You will just know. You two are adorable! Great video and I love the mini trendy cc too. I have been eyeing that for awhile including the small size.
Do not worry about having kids right now. Enjoy being young and focus what you and your husband want to do in life. May it be travel, careers, life experiences, etc. You have a lot of time. I met my husband when I was 25, legally married at 28, wedding at 31, and now pregnant at 33 (will have a baby at 34. Was expecting to actually get pregnant at 35.). I'm glad my husband and I waited. We weren't actually expecting to get pregnant any time soon because we have been trying for a year and nothing happened yet. We wanted to fully wait until we were ready and settle down. We still have a lot of things we want to do together before kids but we are happy with the overall outcome. Things happen for a reason.
I’m the same girl if I start crying I can’t stop till it I’m all cried out 😅 I didn’t cry at my wedding for this reason too even though others were crying 😅 ahh weddings are such an emotional day! 🥹 I also loved seeing all your guys’ pictures when you were young sooo cute! Your kids are going to be so beautiful ☺️ Oh and Masha’s first look at the wedding so precious too 🥹🫶🏼 and the pj’s so beautiful and so you! Have your tried Chanel’s new cream to powder blushes? I tried the Chanel water fresh tint blushes because of you( warm pink and light peach) I think you might like the new ones especially the lighter colors. Thanks for the Q and A this was fun chatting over makeup 💄
I've mentioned to you before, I love the mini trendy cc. I've tried it on. So cute. Lot less bulky but you can still fit a lot. You can crossbody it too. Looks good crossbody so you can wear it casual too. I really want to sell my small trendy and buy the mini.
Coming from San Diego California (Carlsbad a coastal city) and then going to live in Barcelona was heaven for me. The mountains, the ocean near by is very much alike. Alicante, especially, reminded me a lot of home. The weather and all the things to do near the water are just amazing. California shares a lot of the same weather as East last Spain and Italy. I’m back in the states now in Carlsbad but I get it girl. Lots of love, Your sis from another miss! (11/20) ❤😄
What organizer do you use with your LV Nice? I can never get everything to stay organized in mine! Lovely video. ¡Felicidades a tú y Polo! ¡Qué tengáis décadas de amor, felicidad y buena salud!
