@@carlosforte381 that's cool! Most of my family lives in NH. So I've definitely considered trying to make the Lime Rock event but I just don't think the car will be ready by August and I'm not sure I could fund that one this year. What area are you in?
Hey dude stubble on to your channel while looking for info great vids I'm doing exactly the same totally stripped my gc and rebuilding all by myself thanks for the good tips and how toos keep up the good work 🙏
Rather than get the car done, get track experience & go race. I think you’d benefit from not setting a deadline or target & focusing on shaking down the car, developing & improving it, while you get the seat time & actually get comfortable on track before thinking about entering a race. Just my opinion obviously, but you’d spread the cost over longer, have plenty of seat time in a well sorted & proven car, which sounds like a much better starting point to then enter racing, as well as removing the pressure associated with deadlines (on both yourself mentally & your wallet, to get the car built in a set time).
That powder coat is looking sweet. The end result is the reward of taking your time and doing a thorough job.
Much appreciated!
Your quality of work is to be admired. Also really enjoy your personality and the way you connect to your audience!
