I'm sorry, but Mr Henry just hit a higher note in his solo than he did in the 2009 Internationals. This performance may not be as perfect as that one, but still brings a tear to my eye
4:02 I don't know why, but I just love this part. Maybe it's Brandon's G, or just how great it all sounds and how moving it is - much like the rest of this masterpiece
What chord are they singing on "troubles"? It's so good and shimmery, like a ''sweet 7th". I clicked your timestamp 5478 times to hear it over and over again.
Correct me if i'm wrong.. but is this a half step higher than the other ? Either way it's great, just... idk.. the mood of this one being in G sounds to be more grateful when the other in F#/Gb really hits the head on the working and tussling. maybe it's just me
usually when theres no piano accompaniment or other instruments playing, the key can fluctuate a little bit. Theres no instrument with a fixed pitch that everyone can go along with. That's the hard part about a cappella, keeping the key consistent.
3:15 HHAHAHHAHA OMG THAT FIFTH
I felt it through my entire SKELETON
I’ve never clicked on a video faster... LOL. I’ve seen this performance before, but man... never gets old! Champs deliver yet again
