  • Gold Ore Sample From World War 2 Gold Mine!
I took a sample of potential Gold ore out of a ww2 Gold Mine that was opened to help the war effort here in Australia.
There is a chance it has gold in it as it was taken from the working face. You never know with hard rock mining, you are either really on it or really off it.
The only way to find out is to crush and pan a sample.

I was among a small group of people who were at Chris's talk last Saturday afternoon and Miss Fern was in attendance! 😊 She was making sure that everyone felt comfortable by allowing them to pat her.😅 She was loving all of the attention and so were we!😂 She is a very lovely girl in a fur coat!

Fun video, Chris. I think that “widely disseminated” is the geological description you wanna use to describe the tiny flecks of fine gold distributed throughout the quartz vein and contact zone with the host rock. Always enjoy your content, because I gain a lot of practical advice from your experience. Thanx fer doin’ you the way you do!

G'day Chris. Love ya videos mate. Ptsd sufferer here to.
You inspired me to get back out in the world. I made me own pan, it didn't work very well. But it was my first go. I just bought a proper pan and a pinpointer. Slowly getting my gear together. Building a oldschool rocker box and a sluice. Still got a bit to do to finish up. Chris you are a legend bro. Thankyou for your videos. You have helped me out more than I can say. Keep it up mate.

Very satisfying samplingfor verification, Chris, the nugget or nothing ore. The types we've gathered with the nieces and nephews we'd need to ask the local council where they got the rocks and gravels for their artificial dry creek-beds. Chief warning to kids is either countdown when in company with hard squint, or safety and sports polycarbonate glasses 👓, nudge, nudge, wink, not a custardy dribble injury wink. Painting that visual warning may be cruel to kids but effective for being the aide memoire. Cheers and avagoodweekend from Gabi of Narre Warren.

What if you tried changing the Flat Pan to a very slight Bowl shape. I am thinking a Curvature of 2-5cm from Middle To Edge, so just a slight bowing.
Replace the Bullseye Circles with an Outward Spiral Groove Pattern. You would need to Print a Reverse Version for Lefties.

Have you tried to think about the idea of coming to Alaska and doing some gold panning and they do do dredging up on the North Slope what you get in your 8 hours of work on the side of some little creek and know you could pull in almost 3 to 4 oz within a few hours just think about it Chris you would love Alaska in the winter you're loving in the summer because it's not just hot
