❤ ty for sharing. I personally have PTSD and BPD (borderline personality disorder). When I’m down I talk to my friends and family. I’ve been hospitalized 2x in my life when my mind gets to dark. For myself I chose to not take meds because like urself the body gets used to the meds and needs to be up’ed or changed. I only go back on my meds during a depression state until I feel better. Not everyone can do what I do for myself and that’s ok. Also just overall I don’t like taking meds due to growing up watching my mom before her passing being on a tote full of meds.
