Super Duty owners are mostly commercial users or need to pull horses or huge trailer. Here in Central FL, the streets are full of Super Duties, all doing commercial jobs. And they will not fit in your garage or barely in most driveways. So price is at best not very relevant to the average driver who does not need huge work truck.

With the Chevy and GMC if you want map pockets that's a option not standard which is ridiculous and stupid
