I just purchased a brand new 2020 jeep grand cherokee summit and I cannot get the seat programming to work. The seat will adjust back to my previous setting when I get back into the car, but i cannot get the 1 or 2 button programming to work at all. this is a pain if my husband drives my car, then I have to readjust my settings again. i tried move the seat all the way back and forward several times in a row and that did not help. any ideas out there?
How to set the memory to the key fob ?

What happens when pushing the 1 or 2 button does not work anymore on a BRAND NEW Grand Cherokee with less than 2500 miles? Don’t tell me take it back to the dealer as we’ve already done it three times in the first 3 months of ownership!!
Start the car. Get out of the car. Run the driver's seat all the way forward and all the way back twice. Get in the car and adjust the seat how you want. Turn off the car. The seat "should" move back like it's supposed to. This is what I did when my memory seat stopped working properly and this fixed it. 2018 GC Diesel ~7500 miles
