Jose castillo seems like the only side villian who actually has layers to his character which make him interesting and was the main focus of the region. hes probally the best out of all the side villians in the game.
i found the doctor and the canadian cool too.
Definitely next to John Seed from Far Cry 5
I wish there was more interaction with the FND enemies like José, Benítez and Raúl
And Reyes.
Wish there was more of him, or the other villains at that he was pretty interesting, all the attention was just on Gustavo Fring.
Same, it was so hyped up that Benítez was the bad guy in El Esté, but all turned over to McKay
