I think everywhere else coriander is only used to refer to the seeds of cilantro which are used as a spice in many foods.
Muchas gracias, muy bien!!!!¡¡ looks delicious, creamy citrus y not too spicy!!! Love it¡

@@SantiagoVEVO 😂😂
I have to try this. Especially when avocados are so expensive.
This recipe is a good alternative..
Avacados are like 30¢ to $1 each. For the calorie content, that's not expensive at all imo compared to $3 strawberries which is mostly water
At the store I go to it's 69 cents per pound. But of course this store is catered to mostly Mexican customers so that makes sense. Helps to go to "ethnic" stores if you have them. For cheap offers. I got a whole baggie of turmeric at the Indian grocery store. Cost about 5 bucks.
Gracias por publicar este video. :) Se ve delicioso y me hiciste voraz.
Muchas gracias que bonito que te gusto
Soy canadiense.
Voy a escucharte luego!
Yep! That's all it is.
THIS is the green sauce that I'm always in search of....thank you!
I've never added squash. That's how I do salsa verde though. I'll give that a try this summer. Thanks!
Thank you, I was wondering what else I could substitute since I didn’t have squash but did have everything else, will try it out today
Same. We make a similar salsa verde, but don’t use calabazas (or avocado for that matter) but it sounds like a really good addition!
@@bob_818_pedos_need_to_be_shott You may wish to add a bit more oil, so that it emulsifies right. But yeah, tomatillos, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic and oil.
@@sevenandthelittlestmew wow I’m surprised at how good it came out, I just finished it & will definitely add more oil next time, I had little left after roasting the jalapeños and garlic, I threw in a Serrano pepper I had as well, I’m impressed lol
I’ve been making this once a week for 2 years. I’m addicted to it!
what do you eat it with?
@@sicnarf6971 it’s best with tacos or fajitas but I eat it on pretty much everything.. it’s also really good to dip chips in. If it’s too spicy you can mix sour cream with it and it makes it into a creamy dip. I even add a table spoon or 2 to soups I make for added flavor. You can make it all different way. Sometimes I just boil jalapeños onion and garlic then blend with salt n vegetable oil. It’s good made both ways
@@HM-ju9tv Thanks for the info. I love the idea of adding sour cream! Wouldn't have thought of that.
How long does it keep in the fridge for?
I have used it a week old, still tasted the same and did not look degraded.
Love this. Helped me practice my Spanish and learned something new that I now want to try. Muchas gracias!
Thank you!
I'm allergic to avocado, so this gives me so much hope. :')
That's so sad.. I eat them right out of the skin. I'd hate to be allergic to something so delicious..
I am too! and everything with avocado looks so good!
This one's perfect for you guys :D
i mean it doesnt really taste like guac
I might try this for my daughter, since she's allergic too. I would de-seed the jalepenos though.
My entire life has been a lie. It all makes sense now haha. This woman reminds me of that sweet tia that always asks me when I’m going to get married. Also for anyone reading this, she is using tomatillos NOT green tomatoes. They are two different fruits.
Tomatillos are from the Gooseberry family, while Tomatoes are in the Nightshade family. Both are fruits, not veges.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I'm allergic to Avocado, so I'm so excited for this!
I have never heard about that kind of allergy hahahaha are u an alien? Hahahaha
I'm gonna have to try this.
Just made this and am very happy. Summer grilling will be even better!!!
I wonder how many restaurants pretend to be serving avocados
If you know guac, you’ll know right away. If the tacos are tasty, however, many customers won’t care much.
I don't think this is the case. It's called green sauce for a reason. Also the guac. Has own taste and nothing like the green sauce. So I don't see any deception happening.
I can tell the difference, but I've been to many places that do this, I've noticed it's done more in smaller places or Taco trucks and they call it guacamole too. Of course since they aren't big restaurants they gotta cut corners to make a profit my guess.
We haven't even taste what she made. It could taste like oranges for all we know.
You can tell the difference. It's not about deception, this is a different kind of delicious green sauce 😋
