Just had my phone interview! THEIR MOVING ME FORWARD TO THE HIRING MANAGER STAGE!! ayyyeee!! TYSM! I had my cheat sheet! I was ready with my bullet points and they even did a Mock Customer Service call - Role playing as the customer! I'd done my research on the company and saw that warning from someone else so I was ready for that too. As a suggestion...(if you haven't already) that may be something you can talk about in a video that could help other people not get caught up on that question! ANYWAYS...All blessings to everyone on their job search journey! Especially during these times! TYSM again and Stay well and KEEP GOING-TRYING & PUSHING FRIENDS!! Ayyeee!!

The university requested in the Job announcement The same as you mentioned, it Refers to that under the field of Skills and Qualifications If I repeat that in the interview, would that sound like a quote from me?

Hi, I would just say something like this:
"It could be for a number of reasons - someone else may have been better suited than me at that particular time`, or my skill-set wasn't right at the time for my employer. The organisation's needs must always come first, but one thing is for sure, I always look to improve and develop and will continual to strive for my goal of getting promotion."

Pleas explain on what to say they ask you about job separation ( terminated). if you separated from a company and the supervisors extends the truth and you do not agree. Should you be honest with out slandering the company and telling the truth?

Focus on why you applied there over another place. Even if its just Pizza Hut vs McDonalds, say you like pizza. Find something good about the company (literally anything) and mention that
