    When the facet joints in the low back get irritated or inflamed it may cause local pain and discomfort.
    The facet joints are small, cartilage-lined points of contact where each individual backbone (vertebra) meets the one above and below it.
    They both enable your spine to flex during movement and also limit its range of motion.
    However, if the cartilage wears thin, pain can occur. A severe sprain can take weeks to heal, typically 2 to 6 weeks.
    This means that the pain and lack of mobility is impacting you on a daily basis. It can be very difficult to pursue day to day activities and enjoy your typical lifestyle.

    Yesterday I did Pilates, yoga and pull ups at the gym plus used magnesium oil and CBD oil on my back. I am feeling much better now and am working on this routine.

    Anytime i externally rotate my arm pops I’ve tried strengthening exercises but my arm still pops while do them do you have an recommendation or do you have previous videos that target this subject

    I cannot do forced manipulation anymore. Too much inflammation, relief doesn't happen, instead way more pain from the physical pressure of pressing and from the force of the person adjusting. If adjustments cause so much pain you cry, do not keep pushing through adjustments!

    I believe also the fastet joint get diseased that’s the problem
