    Bhai ji mera 3bhk buy karne ka plan hai noida extn me.. ye requirements hain, pls koi aisa project batao jisme koi dikkat na ho, har kisi me kuch dikkat hai:
    1. mione construction ho
    2. 1400 sq ft ya zyada ho
    3. budget max 90 lac, including registry
    4. 1 saal k andar possession mile, no fake promise
    5. proper noida extension me ho, expressway ya gr8r noida me na ho

    Try to include sector 10 which is also part of greater Noida West. Projects are ATS, SKA, MAHAGUN, COC COUNTY, AMAATRA HOMES

    I don't think rental income will increase in this area as there is huge no of flats in place of people living here.

      75% of the societies in Noida Ext has very poor construction quality. Eventhough in future NE might get metro and other facilities but by that time these societies will turn like "Khandhar" with plaster falling. Daily accidents happening. Gentry issue bhi hai and traffic problem ka to kya hi kehna
