in this video i played terraria but it's hard. back then, when terraria was first released, we didn't know anything about the game. the bosses were hard, even the eye of Cthulhu posed a threat. furthermore, you could literally upgrade so many things in the game, it was all CONNECTED. i loved that part of terraria. so today, i'm playing the fargo's soul mod which introduces eternity mode.
eternity mode reworks terraria bosses, making them stronger, reworking their ai, and making you wanna die a little bit faster. on top of that, eternity mode adds in a ton of upgradable enchantments which will all eventually be combined into the soul of eternity. so today, adrian will be playing fargo's soul mod, eternity mode, in order to relive his terraria childhood of dying to bosses over and over again, blaming the game for no reason at all, and spending hours farming for a painting just to get an enchantment.

That fallen star saved you a lot of headache. Maybe it’s just me, but eternity eye of Cthulhu is physically painful towards the later parts of the fight.
It took me 4.5 hours to kill him

It takes about 20 seconds to understand the pattern though, saves a lot of headache if you just get to the final phase and just learn how to dodge it instead of frantically dashing around

the first time i played fargo's, i assumed the squirrel coat of arms was some kind of buff, so i had it sitting in my inventory for hours, waiting until i needed it. boy was i surprised when i actually used it.
As a Fargo's Soul OG, I feel as proud as a dad watching you learn your ropes in this amazing mod

I found out fargos equipable inventory mod is way to op to use in a fair way, like you can be pre hardmode with 200 defence

I pirated the alpha and played it for years before buying it I still remember how long the grind was for getting just a grappling hook and when the jungle was ONLY underground
For people wonder what item that was at the beginning, it is the soul of eternity, 552 items in 403 crafting steps
9:15 Ok, what's with EoC and getting crushed by stars? A fallen star caused my first win against normal EoC several years back, and now it's reappeared to save Adrian.
He didn't see that one coming

a star fell on the eoc in my current playthrough, but it didn't kill it

Use more enchantments
Silver, tungsten, jungle enchants are REALLY good
Since it looks like youll be summoner in the next video use silver enchantment
Also flinx enchantment if it gets added
I also recomend playing on master mode because nothing really changes (apart from more boss hp, but not a huge amount) and you get a sweet extra acc slot
Edit: heres some more tips
Get the king slime weapon drop, very useful in certain situations
Use the jungle enchantment over the blizzard in a bottle, it grants an even better double jump AND it poisons enemys
if you ever switch back to melee, craft the lightning rod so late pre hm wont be so horrible
You can use a golden crate to craft the enchanted sundial, which can be crafted into a portable sundial, very good

If you activate eternity mode in master mode, it enables masochist mode. Just in case you feel like suffering for the sake of juicy content.

(Personally i had fargo's dual evils, and did brain instead of eater lmao. Star cannon definatly helped shread the EoW tho whilst it's still clumped up at the start : D)
I think the balancing is great but deerclops is way harder than the other prehardmode bosses, I couldn't find a single consistent pattern for him or decently telegraphed attacks. The twins are only better because the bullcrap is at the very end of the fight were you can't dodge any attack I'm convinced no hit twins with mid mech bosses gear is harder than no hit mutant with pre mutant items
The editing is great and all but too much of anything can be bad. You are funny enough that you don't need to overload it with memes tbh

Adrian try other enchantments like bee enchantment after the queen bee and either the silver enchantment or snow enchantment before bee queen.
Because you can go " ZA WURDO!" on enemies to freeze them (toggle [freeze key] for it to happen) or get pumpkin enchantment for offence and healing.
(K1ll a pinky for pumpkin enchantment because it needs a cocktail.)

Edit: snow enchantment doesn't go za wurdo it just slows enemies/projectiles for 10 secs with an 1 min cooldown

Get the hurt’o mace/ball or whatever its called and lock yourself in a cage or go to the last shadow orb’s area and stay there and dont throw it but swing it Faster way is: get king slime’s mount and jump on him!
