When a property is like this, is it because the people who lived there were evicted? Is it possible to look for them to give their clothes and loved objects?
I believe the owner of this house passed away and was sold through the probate process, this was not an eviction. In evictions, the court and sheriff will give plenty of notice for when the actual, physical eviction and lockout of the premises will occur. There is also a process to recover any personal property left behind after an eviction.
Hi Tasnim, right now the lowest priced house for sale is at $300,000 in the City Terrace area of Los Angeles, check out it out here: www.themls.com/Share/YWFiZGdnZ2lp 😮
$300,000 you could get a massive house in a nice area in the UK 😂. That’s one of the worst areas to live in L.A ,, full of gang issues and poverty makes no sense
At first glance yes, it wouldn't make sense to buy it. But, if it was bought cheap enough by someone who could fix it up cheaply, could be a good money maker.
30,000 rent ready. 60,000 for complete rebuild like repipe, new bathrooms, mini splits ac units.
love it. this has my name on it.
Great video

Esa casa es para demoler no sirve mucho menos el precio
The sheer area of yard is to die for. Too bad it has so much junk everywhere though. I'd have to be an expert remodeler to fix that up
Looks like D-bo did have a rough family life.
