@@CapGuy101 stop eating carbs. Limit your meal frequency so you can actually start tapping into your fat rather than relying on glucose for fuel. It's very possible to lose weight without feeling like shit like you naturally did when you're simply cutting calories without cutting carbs. No wonder your body is complaining if it relies on carbs for fuel because your body is kept from producing ketones.
