Hi guys, CapGuy here!
Just thought I'd carry out a few experiments and film them for you to see!
I'm just a normal guy trying out a few things without any bias.
Hope you enjoy it!

Med School Obstetrics & Gynaecology - Night Shift Edition
A year later, here I am doing my Second night shift. This time its not the ER but obstetrics and gynaecology. I always wondered what it was all about and thought you’d probably be asking yourself the same question! It’s quite unusual for students to be on the wards at night and before the COVID-19 pandemic, this was one of the only night shifts students did in Medical School. I thought I'd share this with you! 😃😃

I QUIT CAFFEINE FOR 7 DAYS AND THIS HAPPENED...
The secret is… you’re not quitting anything. It’s all a mind game and there is no serious withdrawal. The ‘withdrawal’ is just a clever marketing trick by nicotine companies to make sure you fear the withdrawal that doesn’t actually exist.
Why is it easyway , only way , multiple books ? Which one should I prefer
Sold
@@rayweathers4705 glad to hear it!
You have persuaded me to go to the library today, to sign up and get this book.
I read the book and still didn't quit
Do it again, or get the audio version. I quit after listening to it the 2nd time. 10 months I quit for on that attempt and was sore I would never smoke again. I then ruptured my achilis and stupidly started smoking again. This made me realise I hadn't listened to the book properly, after about a year of smoking again and several failed attempts at quitting I decided to give the book another go. I must have listened to the audio version at least 4 times before the penny finally dropped and I "killed the big monster" and I have never looked back. Keep trying 👍
Did you seriously quit smoking? Nowadays, are you smoking sometimes or nothing?
14/04/2024 - still a non-smoker. Haven't smoked anything since the day I stopped nor since I made this video 3 years ago! 😀
@@CapGuy101 when did you start smoking? At what age?
Is that kiliney hill ? 😊❤
Well spotted!
A month smoke free the vape helped
This is legit
Is all you've done is make a TH-cam video on the back of book that people have been reading for years. Still I bet Allen carr would be grateful for your enthusiastic promotion youve shown in the video and well done for stopping.
What is the mark needed in class 12 for india students?
Where is chapter 5 video? Thx.
I need to do this
great vid, thats great you went out with smokers on the same night after the final cigarette...... everyone should promote this book (lets turn that snowball into an avalanche🙂) ....allen carr is a genius imo, the method he devised is amazing and works, i tried everything to quit after smoking heavily for nearly 20 years until i luckily was told about this incredible book , I stopped smoking 10th april 2008 , Thanks Allen RIP
11 days free. Just went thru the audio book lastnight and I'm completely done for sure
Good luck
....i just finished the audio book and have decided to start my journey!
How many continuous years? I have no idea. I’m 69 years old. I started smoking at age 18. There was one time that I quit for 2 whole years. There were other times that I quit for 2 weeks, 2 months, maybe another year. Sometimes I smoked a pack a day. Sometimes 3 packs a day (60 cigarettes). Three times I tried to quit by vaping instead. That was worse because there wasn’t a natural cessation of having a cigarette burn down. So I ended up ingesting even more nicotine. I threw away at least 4 vaping kits, very costly. I threw away my last vaping kit last evening and today my doctor recommended this book. I’d love to get a free one, but if I don’t hear I’ve won it within a day, I’ll buy it anyway.
I read his book on quitting alcohol. after 32yrs I have not had one drop since April. Don't even miss it. I thought maybe I somehow got hypnotized! Doesn't matter..I don't desire to drink Anymore.. now to stop smoking..I trust Allen Carr.. here I go
I quit smoking 9 years ago with his method… I seriously tried like 50 times before succeeding. Recommended 💫
Smoking since I was 7, now 29, I stopped smoking for a year but not nicotine and was using vapes until I realised they had more hold on me than cigarettes. Been smoking again for the past three days and the pain and heaviness in my chest has been stronger than my nicotine craving. I do actually own this book and never read it, I will now and reinforce this disgust I feel
I think its impossible for me to quit
Do they accept virtual work experience?
How much work experience is needed for Irish medical schools?
Thank you.
I'm 60. Copd and emphysema. 40 cigs a day. I need and want to quit. Scared sh**less.
Looking for chapter 1(?). I did look😂
Hi Tannis! Here’s the link to chapter 1 😃 -> th-cam.com/video/OPFtOpMD3QY/w-d-xo.html
So, he had to do no exams?
Your video is full of shit
I wanted to ask, if you stopped smoking during the book and didnt do the final cigarrete because of that, do you think its less effective? Thanks xx
In a way yes, because on your last ine youre supposed to smoke it and look at it while smoking and ask yourself "what is the point of this?"
Today I am 5 weeks in without nicotine and caffeine. I remember watching this in the first day of my quit and was thinking man this guy is walking in beautiful places without a cigarette or vape and is just enjoying a walk. I wanted that and now I can : ) I do not care for nicotine or even caffeine anymore. Love being independent from any type of substance. Thank you and hope you are doctoring on
Hi Hovsep Gasamanian! Really grateful that you commented on this video, thank you! I distinctly remember thinking similar thoughts when I was thinking of stopping for good. “If they can do it, so can I!” - and I was right! And you can too! Wishing you all the best living free from it all 😃👌🔥🔥
hey cap guy...good work i will NEVER EVER SMOKE AGAIN ITS GROSS
Anyone have any experience and success with the audiobook? I’m a truck driver and I figured if I listened to it, it may help.
DUDE it is amazing you get people to quit..cause once you quit you NEVER want to go back. EVER
nikki glazer the FAB comedy lady quit forever with the AC book, she was smoking while she read it and when she was done the book she had quit.
Damn, end of the series ;(
1:30 Ehm, I see the carrefour logo. But yeah I get your point :D
4:25 idk, I think it is a habit. But I guess the line between habit and addiction is a blurry one. The two may even be two sides of the same coin. Anyway, i dont think the habit side of things should be ignored. Otherwise I agree with the rest
7:10 yeah I've heard this before, very interesting point. However it reminds me of this quote "Hunger is the best sauce" which is to say that suffering and discomfort (like when you're hungry) is what makes life taste good. Putting on the tight shoes, just to feel relief might be a worthwhile endeavor sometimes. Like fasting can be worthwhile, even though its uncomfortable and causes suffering. This is an existential topic. But I think the real issue with smoking is that it often becomes an addiction. So you keep wearing the tight shoes EVER DAY. Whereas things like fasting or other methods of suffering/discomfort usually don't turn into addictions.
But with the shoes, you decide when you take off the shoes, the nicotine decides for you, no matter where are you. You lose control
5:10 lol the neighbor's annoying sounds are actually a trigger for me to smoke. So... xD but I get your metaphor
10:45 conspiracy basically
I just got the book. I quit 11 days ago.
where is the original TH-cam by Allen carr?
It didn’t helped me… I’m so frustrated I don’t know what I did wrong
I read his quit drinking book. Took my last drink over 18 months ago. I know I'll never take a drink again. EVER. I was a raging alcoholic for 39 years. I I never smoked in my life before but I'm currently living in Sri Lanka and a friend got me on these home made beedee cigarettes that everyone smokes. I tell myself. They're like a natural cigar, which I used to maybe have a big Cuban once a month. But they're becoming an issue, so time for Alens quit smoking book. I believe 100pc it will work already. Great video brother. Well done.🙏👍☺️
I have been smoking 20 cigarettes a day since 2013. I have read this book 3 times and every time I relapsed in 1 or 2 days. But I am giving it a try once again. I will read this book tonight in a single shot. And I promise myself to be free from cigarettes starting tomorrow morning. 😇
I also relapsed quite few times after reading this, it still worked bc the mindset helped me on my final attempt (managed to quit 9 years ago)… so yes give it another go!
clickbait!
There’s also an audiobook.
Thank you for your videos! I hope I continue to find more from you. I need the encouragement… Still. Keep them coming please
I read the book several times and failed again and again. What should I do? And, did you succeed in the first attempt after reading the book? Please answer sir, I need your help to know if I am the only one to have failed reading it again and again ? I have failed 6 times till now and want to try again and get free from the trap forever. Longest time I quit was 11days.
That's a long time.. You an do it again!
