I have a question, I have bought a second hand sx 250 same model as yours and from this video I have noticed that the fork is not aligned at the top with the valves facing outwards .. as the manual and your video show … could it be the cause of any major damage?

If i understand you correctly, it's no damage. You can just loosen the triple clamp bolts and rotate the fork to the correct position. When you do that, also keep in mind that you keep the forks both in the same height.

No that doesn’t cause damage, so no worries there. I already have a video that covers some carburetor tuning. It’s episode #9 of the rebuild. Hope that video helps you! 😉
