bakemonogatari series be careful when you start watching it. Not all episodes(yes episodes not seasons) and movies are chronologically in order, try searching it up online on what to watch chronologically
@@MakotoK0n78meh, watching thing chronologically, especially things like bakemonogatari, is overrated. Sure, there's character development & world building progression between seasons, but I really don't think you'll be missing much as long as you aren't jumping from season to season in the middle of arcs.
@@LibertyMonk I just want to give them a suggestion in case they might feel jarring, cuz there were times that episodes jump way too far to the point it's confusing. Though, I agree with your opinion.
Did you watch the whole anime? The "goal" of the whole story is basically put together during Koyomimonogatari and Owarimonogatari S2. The thing is that while in most shows you have a bunch of arcs that happen in sequence, in monogatari you basically have like half a dozen of plots happening in parallel, initially just being a bunch of character introductions ("Bakemonogatari" and "Nisemonogatari") but then plot starts converging and the link is finished by Owari2. Monogatari is by far the best series I've ever seen get animated, but I wouldn't say that it "requires high IQ to watch". That being said, you're certainly going to enjoy it MUCH more if you actually enjoy a good storytelling (Rather than just baddass fights and cool visuals) AND you invest yourself into the story, because it's one of the few shows where the resolution is almost always achievable by the watcher about midway each arc (As opposed to having critical information hidden until the last second or the MC just pulling power/explanations out of their butts).
@@satya4577 I know that I was a bit vague, but the entire appeal of the show is the story, if I just throw spoilers then I'll just ruin the experience for the dude assuming he really didn't finish it.
Two words for this pathetic series "OVER EFFORT AND MEDIOCRE" How did he say that the protagonist shouldn't be with a girl? Why does he eat it......and his sisters and his MASOCHIST TOXIC TSUNDERE? That is why the author PATHETIC has made the cat girl who was the closest to the protagonist (and the favorite of many), not want to bring them together, and only "preferred" a TOXIC AND TSUNDERE who makes the protagonist masochistic. Anyway, for me season 1 and the cat girl OVA are very good, the rest is sh1t.....
Watching this show is like watch an abstract paint. It is either you like it because it's uniqueness or you hate it because it's not your usual rom-com. I don't get the over effort part though.
The "over effort" part is likely because most romcom characters are one-note. "Tsundere - Slaps you when they're in the wrong because funny. Yandere - Yandere Straight man - the real MVP Protag - No, we have Kirito at home(ft every isekai ever & Knuckles) But Monogatari has characters that aren't completely samey, so it's trying too hard for the genre. Jokes aside, this is just a case of "contrarian" and little more.
Araragi be like:
Senjougahara is my gf but my love is for you hanekawa
Also i will marry hachikoji
And my soul belong to shinobu
I believe that Hanekawa is the GF Araragi wanted, but Senjougahara is the GF he needed.
And this makes perfect sense. I mean, look at them!
It's been so long that i've forgotten about how much season this series have lmao
I wish my wife and my girlfriend have this kind of relationship.

Men too lol
Wait hanekawa marries someone else?!
@@S_______D nah he's just joking cuz apparently all women want is to be barefoot pregnant in the kitchen.
Women ☕
