@ayaan bazaz Who knows what they could do, considering they got City to run well on the Wii U. They'll most likely release a Switch pro at some point, but I think the main issue preventing Knight from even being considered is how much more expensive Switch cartridges are, and neither the cartridges nor the Switch's internal storage are large enough to hold it.
@ayaan bazaz The only reason I mentioned a Switch version in my comment was that it coming to Switch would be the best chance that they would add any content to the game. They would just do a direct port to PS5/Xbox series X (or make them backwards compatible on it). The game looks so good it won't be getting a remaster anytime soon.
See, the saddest part is, they still could have had him in the game. @George Since when? According to the game he went back home to save his people. Also if he did I just gave him as an example. I'd be more interested in seeing zsasz as well as characters we haven't seen before.
The Ratcatcher is dead, killed by Jason after torture by Pengüin in Arkham City. Clayface is immortal, but restricted to multiple conscious pieces of him after falling into the Lazarus Pit, unable to physically control them, and sold to multiple people by auctions. Bane went back to Santa Prisca, overcame his Venom addiction, and overthrew a dozen drug lords that were taking part of a bloody turf war, before decapitating every single one of them. He then went on to turn the prison he and many more were born into, to dust.
Man, i can imagine this. I imagine, that you have to chase Zssaz throught a dark building. Then, he randomly make a sudden attack from the shadow. And you have to track him throught a telephone again. Until you finally found him and chase him down.
They had different car ride dialogue too damn, Seems like he was cut fairly late as he has no dialogue with other criminals in GCPD and not a lot of dialogue for his quest. Could've been a cool small side quest in the dlc
I heard that the voice of Batman wants to make another Arkham game if they do they better add zsasz cause the fact that they cut him out of Arkham knight pisses me off cause zsasz is my favorite villain
For a game that was meant to be the grand finale for the Arkham series, a lot of villains were just left out....Then again, seeing how all the villains not named Joker were treated, maybe it was for the best
Judging by the manner that Zsasz speaks of Batman with, I’d deduce that this encounter takes place shortly after Batman fakes his death, and assumes the mantle of the FearBat, (not trying to make that a name or anything, but it’s basically what he is with the Crane toxins). Obviously Zsasz talks of people as future corpses, but the way he comments it of Batman is strange, “You are a corpse, with delusions of life”, and potentially, “I see you bat, with your throat already slit”. These present as Zsasz identifying Batman as truly dead, but coming again to stop him. However, all of this could again just read as Zsasz making his typical perimortem analyzations, while also considering how Zsasz is probably locked up within the GCPD, who would think Batman is dead if it took place after AK. Just a theory
Nah, there is literally no way that this was supposed to happen after Knightfall. It would make no sense in any way Besides, it's not like Bruce is confirmed alive. Batman sure is, but there has never been any canon explanation as to what actually happens, so we should treat all theories as just that, theories, not facts or determined endings.
@@crangejo I mean I don’t see why it can’t, plenty of side missions can happen after Knightfall. It’s pretty much canon that it’s Bruce who’s Batman, and he’s using the fear toxin. It’s not 100%, but ye
@@Jonathan-A.C. you literally can not enter the story after Knightfall, what do you mean? And canon by what? Rocksteady never stated a thing about it, it's not in any Arkham stories, and Suicide Squad has had no say in the matter, it's a textbook open end, neither you nor me can confirm what happened
@@crangejo No you’re right, but I still think that how this mission is framed, it sounds like it’s after Knightfall. Granted it would be unique if it was happening after Knightfall, but still. Canon by basic analysis. There’s no reason for Bruce to just kill himself, especially alongside Alfred. We see what happens to everybody outside of maybe Azrael post-Knightfall, and none of them are doing any Fearbat stuff. We have zero concrete evidence that Batman is actually dead. It makes perfect sense for Bruce to destroy his identity as Batman, act as if he himself is dead, then assume a new mantle using the fear toxins he’s now conquered. Shit, he literally stops a mugging of a family almost identical to his own. It’s pretty much spelled out
@@Jonathan-A.C. obviously Bruce would not kill Alfred, but by how he speaks about the city needing something worse, and his farewell to Alfred, he may mean the retirement stuff And the biggest counterpoint being: if he gasses criminals how is he not affecting the civilians standing literally 2 meters away from them? Pretty much any explanations involve wild speculation without any canon bases
I wonder what his side quest was suppose to be about. I also wonder who else was cut off and have dialogue I know Black Mask and Prometheus were supposed to be in the Season of Infamy but was remove for unknown reasons but what about other like Bane, Anarky, Dr. Phosphorus and Solomon Grundy. Where they supposed to be in the game but got cut off.
Bane was canonically killed (or so it seems) offscreen, by the ArkKnight and his crew raiding Bane's merc crew down in South America. This is only baaaaaaarely referenced in the game. I have heard that the prequel comic includes more details, but I don't know them myself, only the gist of it.
This has nothing to do with zasaz but hush was supposed to be the 2nd main villain along with scarecrow but it was cut because a new writer came aboard
@@eruptttttt Zsasz and Penguin would have been at each other's Throats as Zsasz blames Penguin for his origin story as Zsasz gambled all of his wealth away in The Iceberg Lounge
I think the side quest with Zsasz was instead replaced with professor pyg's side quest as Zsasz was in two games at this point and they probably though we would get tired of it. so they scraped it so professor pyg could take up that role as he was new at the time. Zsasz can still be found in the game it's self when you look threw the footage in the clock tower when looking for barbra so they must have really wanted to add him into the game, but was sadly cut. what a shame, we could of had one final encounter, one last beat up of this messed up man. at least we have voice lines for this guy still in the files, and that he would have been in the game as a side mission. oh well.
My God, this is exactly what I was looking for; I already thought that I would have to look for his dialogues in the game, because I could not get all the dialogues out of the game. Thank you very much, very helpful, definitely like and subscription) Oh yeah, and will you get Professor Pig's voice acting?
Zsasz could have been a good side mission because instead of Riddler zsasz could have kidnapped catwomen forcing Batman to save her and telling Batman there are also other people being held in different locations and strapped to chairs with loaded guns or explosives triggered to blow that can kill the people being held captive if he gets to wherever they being held at late to save
@@AdrianHernandez-mu8cm For starters Zsasz does not use bombs or anything like that, and does not really hold hostages for long, specifically if they are many many and are scattered about. Does he take hostages in City? Yeah of course, it's his whole mission. But not only is he constantly next to them, he's also very VERY close to actually killing them: can you imagine if someone would actually kill a person, unless this one specific guy finds this one specific phone ringing across a whole damn city? So yeah that would just not work as a Zsasz Most Wanted
Thats Zsasz............Now I wonder why Nobody never Mentions Deadshot in the Game 🤔 Another Thing that's worse about Zsasz not being in the game is he was Loose the entire Game and there was nothing about him 🤦♂️🤷♂️
Late comment, but it makes sense why they omitted him. Nothing in this audio is particularly original and is basically the same as Arkham City. Coupled with the fact that Professor Pyg was very similar and much more original, I don't think this side mission would've been well received, especially if it just ended with Zsasz being locked up yet again. Had the idea been that Zsasz at this point was becoming a danger to even his own life because the mass amounts of murders he was able to openly commit now caused massive blood loss, as implied in the Arkham story unlocked by solving a riddle in the game, that could've been something amazing from a story perspective. Batman tries to stop him from killing others, at the very same bridge where Zsasz committed his first murder, by attempting to reason with Zsasz that he is killing himself at this point, only for Zsasz to laugh and say he is a zombie, like everyone else, and thus even his own life holds no meaning. Batman stops him, saves the hostages, but is too late to save Zsasz from dying of blood loss, falling off the bridge, and thus becoming his own final victim. Now that could've been beautifully poetic, fitting, and final.
“It was tragic what happened to you as a boy.” Damn Zsasz actually has sympathy for others? “….To have survived when your parents were granted release.” Oh never mind
damn it's a shame he didn't make it in the game my guess is that he was likely removed in favour of professor pyg perhaps they were worried the 2 were to similar
Oh so fucking "Deacon Blackfire" gets in but one of the most antagonizing, classic villains in the entire saga is just limited to a short story and an easter egg?
I should make a mod that makes a Zsasz mission, they have all the dialogue and models. Set it up to trigger when you scan him in the watch tower, than you go looking for him, maybe a fight, and take him to GCPD!

In some ways, this guy is scarier than Joker.
Man, i can imagine this. I imagine, that you have to chase Zssaz throught a dark building. Then, he randomly make a sudden attack from the shadow. And you have to track him throught a telephone again. Until you finally found him and chase him down.
Thank you for sharing this.
I'm going to invent a time machine and make it so zsasz is in arkham knight

He was one of the OG villains of the original.
I wish Zsaz was in Arkham knight it would of been an interesting mission.
His hideout was supposed to be in panessa studios
They had different car ride dialogue too damn, Seems like he was cut fairly late as he has no dialogue with other criminals in GCPD and not a lot of dialogue for his quest. Could've been a cool small side quest in the dlc
I wonder what Zsasz would've said to the other Criminals
I think he would be far more scary if he was just a sack of bones
I heard that the voice of Batman wants to make another Arkham game if they do they better add zsasz cause the fact that they cut him out of Arkham knight pisses me off cause zsasz is my favorite villain
Gives me chills. Wanna know what they had planned...
"I've saved a special place for your mark ...." hmmm i can't think about a place other than that place ... 😂😂
PINGAS!
I think they replaced him with deacon backfire because some of the dialogue kind of sound familiar
3:03 we Bloodborne now boys
Imagen if someone used this dialogue and made their own DLC outa it! That would be insane
Very interesting how he, of all criminals, was the only one to show genuine empathy towards Batman after the identity reveal.
He did say “To have survived when your parents were granted release”.
They should've made a second Season of Infamy with Zsasz, Black Mask, Prometheus, and Deadshot
Zsasz is one of my favorite villain, I'm still pissed they cut his mission, can't we have one more DLC? Instead we got the shitty Suicide Squad game
Who ever the hell disapproved this at WB Games is the biggest hypocrite #releasetherocksteadycut
It seems this mission was really close to completion, it's a shame it was cut last minute.
I wonder if Chris Messina is going to use this as inspiration in the Birds of Prey movie.
Imagine being the voice actor working hard asf then being told "yea so we decided to cut you out for no apparent reason"
For a game that was meant to be the grand finale for the Arkham series, a lot of villains were just left out....Then again, seeing how all the villains not named Joker were treated, maybe it was for the best
Hah, ironic that Zsasz got “cut”
Woah man I wander what side missions you would of had to do I hope it would not of been the same as arkham City with the phones.
It would make no sense in any way
Besides, it's not like Bruce is confirmed alive. Batman sure is, but there has never been any canon explanation as to what actually happens, so we should treat all theories as just that, theories, not facts or determined endings.
@@crangejo
I mean I don’t see why it can’t, plenty of side missions can happen after Knightfall.
@@crangejo
No you’re right, but I still think that how this mission is framed, it sounds like it’s after Knightfall.
It’s pretty much spelled out
@@Jonathan-A.C. obviously Bruce would not kill Alfred, but by how he speaks about the city needing something worse, and his farewell to Alfred, he may mean the retirement stuff
And the biggest counterpoint being: if he gasses criminals how is he not affecting the civilians standing literally 2 meters away from them?
Prometheus was removed because his mission was going to be very similar to that of Firefly.
I'd like to see this mission on the game. Hope we get it one day
Had a dream last night he was in the game. I woke up depressed.
3:21 So apparently Victor knows Batman's history.
After Scarecrow unmasked Batman.
Damn... I'm really curious to know what his dialogue with Professor Pyg would have been.
😨Creepy😨and😨scary.
Come on Rocksteady. You let every other villain in knight. I wonder how much time and money was wasted into recording and animating Zasaz
This has nothing to do with zasaz but hush was supposed to be the 2nd main villain along with scarecrow but it was cut because a new writer came aboard
Curious to hear his interaction with the other villains.
pyg would probably bully him for his scars
@@eruptttttt Zsasz and Penguin would have been at each other's Throats as Zsasz blames Penguin for his origin story as Zsasz gambled all of his wealth away in The Iceberg Lounge
@@jamestoner3900 Not to mention in Arkham City, Zsasz was put in a display case in Penguin's museum.
So there was a zasasz side mission?!
I wonder what tank he would of had
I think the side quest with Zsasz was instead replaced with professor pyg's side quest as Zsasz was in two games at this point and they probably though we would get tired of it. so they scraped it so professor pyg could take up that role as he was new at the time. Zsasz can still be found in the game it's self when you look threw the footage in the clock tower when looking for barbra so they must have really wanted to add him into the game, but was sadly cut.
what a shame, we could of had one final encounter, one last beat up of this messed up man. at least we have voice lines for this guy still in the files, and that he would have been in the game as a side mission. oh well.
1:38 Didn't Scarecrow say smth similar in Asylum?
My God, this is exactly what I was looking for; I already thought that I would have to look for his dialogues in the game, because I could not get all the dialogues out of the game. Thank you very much, very helpful, definitely like and subscription)
Oh yeah, and will you get Professor Pig's voice acting?
so far, I am only going after unused audio
😊
I hate that he only was a cameo in the game
I really wish Rocksteady would be able to release a 'directors cut' of Arkham Knight, with Zsasz restored and proper boss fights.
Wish we had his mission
Zsasz could have been a good side mission because instead of Riddler zsasz could have kidnapped catwomen forcing Batman to save her and telling Batman there are also other people being held in different locations and strapped to chairs with loaded guns or explosives triggered to blow that can kill the people being held captive if he gets to wherever they being held at late to save
That's not what Zsasz would do.
Ok what would he do?
Ngl I actually forgot this comment existed
@@AdrianHernandez-mu8cm For starters Zsasz does not use bombs or anything like that, and does not really hold hostages for long, specifically if they are many many and are scattered about.
Does he take hostages in City? Yeah of course, it's his whole mission. But not only is he constantly next to them, he's also very VERY close to actually killing them: can you imagine if someone would actually kill a person, unless this one specific guy finds this one specific phone ringing across a whole damn city?
So yeah that would just not work as a Zsasz Most Wanted
I see your point
I honestly would rather of had zsasz in arkham knight over firefly
Thats Zsasz............Now I wonder why Nobody never Mentions Deadshot in the Game 🤔
Another Thing that's worse about Zsasz not being in the game is he was Loose the entire Game and there was nothing about him 🤦♂️🤷♂️
Btw Jag, Is their any audio of the other prisoners commenting on Zsasz or any Joker comments?
Nothing from Zsasz, but I have yet to check Joker
MrJAG 👀
I wish he wasnt cut content
Can u find the side mission of zsass in the files and extract them to the games mission
no
There must be a use somewhere for the unused Conroy lines...!
“….To have survived when your parents were granted release.”
Oh never mind
Wow scary and very interesting video
I do not think
It's cutting time!
We're getting to the point in Knight modding now that re-adding his quest might actually be possible soon.
damn it's a shame he didn't make it in the game my guess is that he was likely removed in favour of professor pyg perhaps they were worried the 2 were to similar
You can actually see him on security camera footage! When looking for Barbara
I wonder if Zsasz was going to interact with the other villains in the cell.
If there was a season of infamy 2 I think it would be this:
Solomon Grundy
Victor Zsasz
Deadshot
Calendar Man
if I made a Season if Infamy 2 DLC it would be this:
Victor Zsasz
Black Mask
Prometheus
Deadshot
Anarky
Maxie Zeus
Bane
Clayface
A skinny bane with the other inmates is something I would find interesting.
Zsasz and Pyg would have some interesting conversations I bet.
Man. If this character was in the game and if the story was a little bit better. Arkham Knight would be one of the best batman/dc games of all time
@Lightsaber328 TheMan true I see your point. #RIPLukeSkywalker
