Many people say they are a christian but are not following God, not living a Godly life. We are suppose to be renewed when born again and live for God. Everything we do is suppose to give glory to the Lord. Don't tell me you're a christian show me you're a christian.
There is a difference between sinning and living in sin. We are suppose to be followers of Christ, be the hands and feet. People are suppose to see the light in us.
True, not all of us can activate spiritual maturity instantly, I believe that when we choose Jesus, God instantly sets us on a course for a righteous life. I see that God is really helping us Christians bring glory to Him more by loving each other! God bless you brothers and sisters in Christ!

My family isn’t christian and I have no one to understand and talk to. (Besides online christian friends,but it’s not the same as in reality). I am a christian for 2 years.

And these trials will prove that your faith is worth much more than gold that can be destroyed. They will show that you will be given praise and honor and glory when Jesus Christ returns. 8 You have never seen Jesus, and you don’t see him now. But still you love him and have faith in him, and no words can tell how glad and happy 9 you are to be saved. That’s why you have faith.

Awesome video....love the reminder of whose I am!!! Just one thing, the disciples never called themselves “Christian,” but it was a name given to them by the mob. Some even wonder if it was a derogatory title. However, we have the victory, and that’s what’s important!!!

Being a child of God is a reward for having Christ in your heart. If you are trudging through life in fear of doing wrong...just to get into Heaven...then the Love of Christ is probably not really in your life. Christ does not bring fear...but freedom & love. To obey is better than sacrifice...! If Christ is in your heart, you will hunger & find it simple to be obedient...AMEN...!

Unfortunately today, for a person to proclaim himself a Christian doesn't necessarily qualify him in God's sight as being a bonifide Christian any more than a person identifying himself as a doctor without a medical degree. In Matt 7: 21, Jesus made the statement "Not everyone saying to me, 'Lord Lord's, will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but ONLY the one DOING the will of my father, who is in the heavens will. Here is where the problem lies; the proclamation of being a christian is the easy part, the hard part is the doing. Also in order to understand the doing part, one has to understand what God's will is. This takes time, effort, and study. John 17:3 says "This means everlasting life, their coming to KNOW you, the only true God, and the one you sent, Jesus Christ. " You'd probably be surprised at the number of people who can't answer with certainty simple questions about Jesus' life and his relationship with God, his father. Some claim Jesus is God, some say he is God's son, some claim he was just a good Jewish man. But imagine a Doctor not knowing the basic anatomy of a man. So before taking on the responsibility of calling oneself a Christian, just think of the damage that would result from the reproach it would bring on Jesus' good name if we,when using his name,behave in a manner that does not befit the title.
Yes you have to be saved... and yes you should want to live a more Christ like life because you are saved and you are aware of your sin. It isn't that complicated.
I don't beleve in God, because of that i identify as an atheist, but my Christian friends say that i'm a Christian because a was baptised. They say that i'm a Christian that doesn't beleve in God. Is that true??
