    i'm a female turning 50 in six months and i have decided that i will be in the best shape of my life when i turn 50. i've always been active most of my life until two years ago when i became very depressed. i've since lost 15 pounds and i'm back at 123 pounds (when i was 21). I'm working out at the gym 5-6 days a week along with making nutrition priority (while being perimenopausal). Today, I got a program designed just for me. Thanks for your encouraging and informative videos. I 'm aiming at being focused and strong, doing pull ups, push ups and chin ups as my goal. I found you a couple of weeks ago and am catching up on your vids. Thanks again Erin! Be well!

      thanks everyone for your kind words of encouragement! a year later, i'm still at it! doing pull ups chin ups and push ups! My new goal is to do levers! All the best to everyone ! Don't give up, just keep at it! Be your best advocate!

      @@Laughter17 So true. I am about to turn 54, I was having over 40 hot flashes per day, which is severe. Simply by reducing alcohol to two cocktails per week and limiting sugars to 25 grams daily, my hot flashes all but disappeared and I get better sleep. Nutrition really makes a difference.

    This woman, not only looks great, but her level of knowledge is amazing! I cannot bend or twist because of a fracture on my L5-S1, and those exercises are a godsend! Thank you ao very much and please, do post a video for lower abs for people who have back issues!
    I am a fan of yours now!

    So happy to have found cable abs workout! I suffer from idiopathic intracranial hypertension and I struggle doing exercises that require starting position of lying down, I am much better standing upright! Thank you, Erin!

    I added only the Palloff press and the wood choppers like 4-5 months ago into my upper body routine and the results are amazing!! I can really recommend adding these exercises! Thank you Erin!! 🙏🏽

    This is an outstanding routine. Very important to see the video to see how you execute each exercise. It looks like you are having to keep your foot at a right angle to keep the handle in place for the standing knee raise. "Flamingo pull" is a balance challenge but it hits everything including hams and glutes.

    Started very light. The balance ones were difficult but I pulled through. I can see that these will become part of my regular routine. Helpful was the comment 'do on upper body days'. 💥

    I told my personal trainer about you and she must have watched this video. I am working on my abs to once and for all finally get rid of the diastasis recti. She had me doing them with free weights and OMG I am more stiff and sore today then from working out with the machines!
