Reminds me of some of the random teams I've seen out there with crazy first e5s like Lord Balrog, Dragon Slayer, etc. With great heroes at like 7*

This makes me really curious about what an experienced player like you would say about my account! I definitely have some suboptimal heroes... but at least I focused on my projects haha. Now I want to replace them, and I've got the soul stones, but hero copies are killing me.

I know you say not to build up multiple heroes unless you have 5 copies of that hero, but I think that's situational. If you're building for Guild Wars, which I realize most people aren't going to do, having multiple heroes that are pretty strong but not top, is the best way to go. You need 60 strong heroes for doing your best in GW. Personally, as a guild leader, that's what I focus on. Whatever I can do to help my guild the most, regardless if it slows me down personally, but helps the guild finish in the high tier, then that's the way I'll do it. That way my guild can finish well in the GW and the members can get the best rewards available. We've actually got 2 top tier finish invites and normally finish in 2nd tier.
By having my hero strength spread out, even though I'm not the strongest in my guild with my main team, by far, I can keep up with the strongest members in the Guild Points leaderboard and often finish 3rd place out of all 30 members in the guild, in the GW. There are some extremely strong guilds with almost all of their members having over 5 million strength, and some 10+ mil, in my server that have never finished in the top tier, yet my guild of much weaker players (with a few over 4 mil but most, including me, below that) has done it more than once. I've even had a leveled up 5* team of mine with less than 200k in strength, defeat a team of e2s of over 2 mil in strength in the GW (of course, my jaw dropped at that one). lol Since most people are doing what you say to and leaving strong heroes untouched, their 2nd-5th teams are very weak. Multiple, leveled, quality, 6*, or even 5*, heroes can normally run right over them.
So, again. It's just my opinion, if you are building an account to have a GW team that get you the most GW points, then the multiple lower level, but strong heroes, with strong tech, and a strong monster, while leveling up a main team, is the way to go.
