Forgotten Drivers: Arnd Meier | CART's Rolling Chicane

In this new series, I will focus on drivers who have been forgotten in the racing scene or are relatively unknown.
Today, I am talking about Arnd Meier, who was (for the most part) known as the only driver with a Lola chassis in the CART series from 1997-1998.

That is his one big moment, much like Luis Garcia Jr's battling Montoya. for position at Chicago in 2000. Or Tarso Marques being the driver that Montoya got a tow off of to win the 2000 Michigan 500.
I mean there's been a lot of rolling chicanes. King Hiro, there's Vitolo, Danner, and the AAR cars too
