🥦 Simple Recipe
🥨 Matcha Cookies
▫️Mix sugar and brown sugar into melted butter (for 20-30 seconds).
▫️Add egg and vanilla extract.
▫️Sift and mix together plain flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt.
▫️Lastly, fold in white chocolate and macadamia nuts.
▫️Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
▫️After 3-4 minutes on a cooling rack to avoid breaking.

▪️110g butter
▪️50g stevia/sugar
▪️90g brown sugar
▪️1 egg
▪️a bit of vanilla extract
▪️150g plain flour
▪️10g matcha powder
▪️2g baking soda
▪️1g salt
▪️70g white choc buttons
▪️50g macadamias
