i mean, this video is also a good argument of why house deserved to be dumped it's just so frustrating watching house being unable to make the smallest compromises for the woman he loves. like he can't say he's sorry, he can't even go to an important event, he can't just be conventionally supportive. as frustrating as it was to watch them break up, it was more frustrating to see the endless "will they break up?" every single episode and house never growing up as a person
People will watch these scenes and act like they were a good couple lol The fact is that House was a terrible boyfriend and should have been dumped for basically every thing he did during the season, yet he got dumped for the dumbest.
Cuddy was definitely more patient because she knew what House was like; but again there is only so much anyone can take, more like the straw that broke the camels back rather than Cuddy being unreasonable.
House wasn't a surprise egg, she knew him well, she knew he needed support. Either she shouldn't have initiated it or shouldn't left him when he needed her the most.
For me House ended on Season 7 Episode 2. At first they were worried about going against each other, but thet fought/argued and still were able to keep their personal lives seperate from their professional life.
House was absolutely juvenile the whole time dueing his relationship with Cuddy, was still acting like he was in a teenager relationship, Cuddy tried to bring him on track patiently as always since she knew how house is however the final straw was when he left her alone when she was apparently going to be diagnosed with Cancer, i just can't even think if it actually was cancer, he would be AWOL from rachel too hence cuddy made her sister as the guardian, what is even the point of the relationship then...House knows Cuddy isnt in short term, it was serious for her from the moment she broke up with Lucas to be with him.... i feel she did the right thing by breaking up with him and he again does childish things to retaliate instead of talking about it and resolving issues... i wonder however he managed to be married to stacy.
If Cuddy behaved the way House did… I cannot imagine the adjectives people would use against her. The hate would be out of this world. People will excuse so much bullshit if a man has a modicum of charm or talent.
but everyone literally everyone recognizes house is a jerk, and a terrible human being, not a good example. people only find his edginess, jokes, and lack of ethics funny.
I find it strange that House has been married before and yet somehow never learned the valuable skill of apologizing even when you think you did nothing wrong.
I only apologized when I was ACTUALLY wrong, especially when I PROVED that I was right and that she WASN’T!!! THAT is an empowering feeling and I stood my ground. It’s just a good thing that SHE was the one who initiated the divorce. I’m actually doing better now than she is, especially since I kinda like living “off grid”. But I STILL pay all of those pesky taxes and I own 3acres of my own land before I ever met her. It’s family land and she couldn’t legally touch it! 😂
