Real pro job all around. I mean these dudes nailed it. Even the heavy thud of Alex is on board. Kudos to whoever filmed and edited too cause they did better than many concert DVDs I own.
ART IS DEAD! we place copy-cats on pedestals, and no one is making great NEW music. most new music is shyte! Playing other people music is fine when you are starting out, but everyone who supports copy-cats are destroying music....cause soon people will run out of great music to copy, because everyone in just copying and not creating.
This is our performance outlet, not our creative one. Many tribute artists are also recording artists, songwriters and producers. For us, this is our day job. Thanks for watching, rock on !!
First of all, there's plenty of great new music being made, you just have to put a little more effort into finding it than just switching on the radio like when we were young. The music industry has changed into an entirely different animal since the dawn of the internet. Second, while I would agree that the whole tribute band thing is beginning to get out of hand, the very best ones - like the Voyager band that does Journey and these guys doing VH - are an absolute joy to experience for anyone who still wants to hear their favorite songs performed live. On that note - and being a die hard VH fan since the first record in '78 who also thoroughly enjoyed the Hagar years - I'm going to see these guys first chance I get and will love every second of it. Lighten up and live a little, dude....no ones getting hurt here.
You should check out the other videos of him doing songs like "Dreams" and "Runaround". Those are highly challenging songs to sing and he really nails them. This one's ok.....still very serviceable for me.
WOW!!!! what an amazing tribute band!!!!! absolutely awesome 👍🏻🤩👌🏻
That is a fantastic Sammy impersonation! 🤘🤘
Man these guys are freaking awesome. They have the sound mixed perfect and the guitar player is great.

There's some Roth era tribute bands that have singers that sound closer to Dave than this guy sounds to Sammy.

In many ways these guys are keeping the memory and music of Eddie Van Halen alive! That's a great thing!

What happened to Sammy
Fantastic band, but their "Hagar" isn't very good.
Sounds nothing like Sammy.
