I handover all the money to my wife , I just keep some pocket money . If I need something or in some money problem , ask my wife , so she knows my financial situation every time . The house is in my dad’s name . I feel that I have the brain and common sense to earn money. So my wife is secure and parents too are secure .❤

I had an issue with this when the podcast began but towards the end i loved the fact that you seemed so unaware you represent every person who doesn’t understand personal finance. It is emotional stress not to keep your hard earned money with you and giving it straight to family but it has many benefits.
    1. You do not need to take stress of that money.
2 if you have no money then you will be more focused on your work. You will strive to make more money once you see pilling of money being stocked.
    3. The major point is that it will disable to go in any wrong way.

Brother there's little change that you need to make in camera setup and environment that you have in your studio setup, The eyes of both speakers are too much going side ways. Have the background little further away from persons who are speaking. Use focal length of more than 45mm in your camera and have small background lighting and see the drastic change in your videos. Ensure the camera angle is not too much away where the speaker is seeing.
Just a suggestion, overall very helpful podcast, thanks.

not being personal but aajkal harkoi podcast host ban jate hain. the host has to have a basic understanding of how finance/economy works. he has no basic knowledge of mutual fund, stock market, he only asks fancy questions and in the middle it comes out that he lacks the basics also. after half of the episode, you would notice Monika maam thinks she is talking to a kid. being a host , you have to ask simple questions for common audience but not that you yourself lack basics. it seems the episode was for you and not for us. you could have watched many other episodes on basics. when Monika Halan is on the show, you expect the big outcome :) . All respect for the Guest.

My earnst suggestion to every family who have family business is to continue and grow it with passion. It's getting destroyed and taken over . Next generations are getting strayed into very bad corporate jobs ( working for others ).
We are already having very small families ( specially hindu families so that family feuds are going to be lesser ( same we are likely to find outside in the form of shareholder feuds).

Very disappointing budget, LTCG increase was disaster, no change in slabs for senior citizens was horrible. Seems like current government is totally incapable of understanding the middle class pain points and just provided the cream to coalition!
Very much missing the manmohan singh ji's vision now!! LTCG taxation for equity was introduced by BJP only, no longer feel they deserve to be in power and justifying the fall of their seats in last election!
Taxing the middle class Indian like European countries and providing the facility worse than Africa/Uganda!!

No crowd money in family because of no unity.
KYC like frequently or every year a big headache 😩 get one stop solution like aadhar even like upi solution some solution to CKYC AND KYC.
Old age people need good finance solution to health insurance, banks, stocks, FD.
Distribution of money 💰 🤑 in family.
Trust the real members but parents can't do that it's major point in families 😅😂😊

Could withholding the content of a will from children create feelings of insecurity, potentially discouraging them from making long-term investments over any property under family w? And could this uncertainty lead to disharmony within the family?

    Key takr aways:
    1. Keep indian values of support but don't become a fool.
    2. Keep a diary for all the money matters you manage.
    3. Equity should be 50% large cap, 25% mid and 25% small.
    4. Equity % should be 100 minus your age.
