Hey! Are you still using your samsung t7 ssd + hub setup for a portable storage expansion on your deck? And specially, will the hub work with the ssd and possibly a microsd card without any power delivery on the steam deck, or you always need to have the usb c power cable on? Im thinking in doing the same but wanted to know some feedback since last time you did that video 6 months ago. Regards from Portugal!
I haven't tried it since the video. The biggest problem in my opinion was that every time you unplugged the power to the hub, Windows would freeze 🥶 You could plug the drive straight into the deck and avoid that, but you wouldn't be able to charge at the same time.
