    could you do a vid on the rest of the HPA rig? Because this all makes perfect sense but I do get confused on where to start with regulators, lines, tanks, etc.

      Certainly will do, I will cheekily ask if you can drop me a sub as the next 3 weeks have videos scheduled up but I will aim to get one in after those :-)

      @@AngryBullAirsoft Already subbed :) yea a vid with a breakdown of the whole rig would be great because I struggle to find good info about it online, like I dont even know where you would go to get one of those tanks filled? or how many shots you would get with a hi capa before having to refill one again? and then of course info on the best parts for a hpa rig aimed at running a hi capa.

    Hpa tapping a drum also seems like an efficient way, especially since you can just dump bbs in while it’s loaded into the gun

      Very true. Drum mag is definitely missing but worth a shout 👍

      Is it cheaper to buy a drum mag and convert it to hpa a primary airsoft adapter with an M4 mag?

      I have heard of them yeah, there are a few more coming out at the moment as well. Airtac are doing some, AVA and there is now the super funky looking Monk customs one. For now I'll stick with primary as it hasn't done me wrong but I'd love to get my hands on some others for comparison.

      It’s not no, it means either the mag is just not in far enough (big Magwell?) or maybe the mag release is worn? Should click in though.

    Hey i got a Lancer Tactical Knightshade hi capa Gbb pistol and was wondering can I use the original mag it came with on the adapter? Or do I need to purchase a tokyo marui mag?

    • @AngryBullAirsoft
      @AngryBullAirsoft  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good question, I'm not sure on the Lancer mags to be honest as I've not seen one over here yet. I guess you could take it apart and have a look, otherwise TM mags are minimal cost to pick up usually.

  • @2_short176
    @2_short176 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Can you put the extended mag into the tap air soft thing?

    • @AngryBullAirsoft
      @AngryBullAirsoft  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you could get a feed tube adaptor then yes but not with standard stuff no. To be honest there's no need, the profile is big with a normal mag and extended would make it huge for no gain.

  • @sleepy_Bear021
    @sleepy_Bear021 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    So for the tapp m4 magazine adapter when connecting the original pistol mag to it in my case would be a Tm 1911 hi capa green gas mag would I need to replace the original 1911 mag bottom green gas adapter with an hpa or is the tapp doing that for me? What would be a good hpa canister to buy to keep the gun itself cqb

    • @AngryBullAirsoft
      @AngryBullAirsoft  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      For the 1911's it's a case of undoing the screw in the bottom of the mag that holds the base on, then moving your O-ring over (after greasing) to the tapp adapter and then reinstalling the screw through the tapp adapter. Fully replaced the base of the mag.
      If your sight allows for HPA fills you don't need a big bottle, I use a 48Ci and it lasts almost a day indoors with a pistol. If you prefer lightweight, look at a carbon tank.

  • @jpgaerlan
    @jpgaerlan 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    what is the FPS output when using a direct tap from a Hi-Capa mags adaptor to a Greengas 12kg or 14kg can? Also, how many shots can you take using the same method (full greengas can)? TIA

    • @AngryBullAirsoft
      @AngryBullAirsoft  ปีที่แล้ว

      No idea tbh. I would imagine it would be “normal” Green gas FPS as the amount in the tank makes no difference. Amount of shots? Weather dependant, efficiency of your pistol dependant. Too many variables.

      @@AngryBullAirsoft
      I ran a test to see how many rounds I could get out of my TM Hi Capa magazines each refill. My aim is to determine how many rounds I can take if I use an adapter that links directly to the magazines (pic in comment for reference only). In terms of the test, the weight of the magazine, including the puff dino green gas cannister, is measured in grams. Because I don't have the regulator yet, the FPS will be based on the current FPS using 14kg GG, which is 340-450. Some of you may be using the A/S Adapter in comments; the question is, how many rounds can you shoot when directly connected to the cannister, and do you have a consistent FPS? Is this alternative tapping safe to use on your pistol continuously?
      Test result:
      Temp*: 26*c
      Greengas full cannister weight: 374
      Greengas empty cannister weight: 108
      Greengas weight difference: 266
      Greengas weight per refill: 10
      TM mag weight (empty): 319
      TM mag weight (refilled): 328
      Greengas total refill per can: 27
      Shots total per refill to full drain: 70-80
      FPS: 340-350
      Estimated total shots: 2100
      Practically, for occasional players, it would be cheaper to just refill and then go on. I have plans of converting my unit to HPA and its ready to go, I just need help with the question above for reference and comparison. Also, the refill cost of an HPA tank (allum/fiber) is less compared to a new can of greengas.

    Can you put the primary airsoft adapter onto any hi capa ? I’m trying to tap an aw works custom but just want to make sure before buying.

    • @AngryBullAirsoft
      @AngryBullAirsoft  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can but you need to get the correct adaptor (from primary website)
      There are 3 options of this adapter. The only difference between the 3 options is the bb feed tube that is installed into the gas blowback pistol magazine. Each bb feed tube is designed for each specific brand of Hi-Capa magazine.

    Would the primary airsoft m4 adapter work with the perfect airsoft green gas line adapter?

    • @AngryBullAirsoft
      @AngryBullAirsoft  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It should do yes. Its a good idea as you can leverage the green gas without needing a regulator however you do have to make sure your source stays upright. You'll still get inconsistency shot to shot and of course you will still get cool down if you rapid fire. Its worth a try if you have the bits but I'd always advocate hpa if you can.

    • @AngryBullAirsoft
      @AngryBullAirsoft  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe... If the prowin has the same cutout for filling with BB's as a normal TM then yes but otherwise I'd really recommend on a Guarder casing with TM parts like mine, all of the weight saving goodness and you don't have to butcher a decent light mag.
